Great place for a stopover if you're traveling to or from the harbor. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, even for late or early ferry schedules. The dinner buffet was a pleasant and reasonably priced. We were traveling with our dog and had no issues at all. The room was very clean and comfortable. Exactly what you need after long drive.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t cool the room properly. It stayed at a steady 24°C, and opening the window didn’t help much since it only opens slightly. We were hoping for a good night’s sleep before an early departure, so this was disappointing.

First of all, that they were open and gave us a room immediately even if it was very late in the evening. And the were a very helpful lady waiting for us to help with the check in (the self check in didn't work well). The room was warm, cosy and clean. The hotel is a little outside Rødby. Beautiful (it's a completely new hotel) and very very quite surroundings. We came from a terribile experience, the Mejerigarden b&b had given us a room and when we got there it was CLOSED. So we had to drive all the way back down to Holeby to go to the BW Aiden. If i had knew how nice and cosy Aiden was, I would have booked here in the first place!!!!

Absolutely everything😍. Was a great experience: The hotel was unique and the best option in the area, extremely clean and comfortable, and the staff were so friendly. It is ideal to go with the family and has many games to play inside. And the breakfast was so yummy and has things for all the tastes. Ronny was so nice we felt really welcomed and Lori (Maianela) you must meet her at the reception is the gem in the hotel, sweet, full of smile she showed us the old factory today part of the hotel. Was an extra that makes our stay remarkable. For sur, this will be my place every time I visit Lolland. Mange gange tusin tak. Vi ses. 🥰🇩🇰

Didn't find one thing I did not like it.

Newly opened and very clean, friendly staff to help with „self-check-in“ at the counter Free play corner at the bar (table soccer, arcade machine, …) Only 15 minutes drive to the ferry

Shower/Bathroom is a bit strange: when the shower is used, the bathroom sink can’t be used properly & after the shower, the floor is wet (no separate shower tray) The curtains were a bit tricky to operate- the sliders get stuck in the curtain rails. No mosquito-protection on the windows, if you want to keep them open over night (wouldn’t do that on the ground level anyway)

There was a party with fireworks in the vicinity of the hotel on the night when we arrived, which was problematic for our dog who is very afraid of the fireworks. However the hotel manager went out of her way to help us, gave us the most quiet room at the hotel and treated us with drinks in order to compensate for this unexpected situation for us. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and in the end, the dog managed to take those 15 minutes that the fireworks lasted in a very good way. Thanks!

There was no staff at my time of arrival but check-in was smooth with a friendly robot receptionist. The available snacks and rinks were fine and the self-scanning a nice touch of confidence. Parking was just outside the entrance so good.

Breakfast was less good than I had expected. The warm food was missing some standard items and the ones that did have were so-so. The bread was also less than great. Pity as denmark normally has great breads.

This is a super moder and excellent place to stay, lots of green space around so staying with a dog there is heaven as there is plenty of space to walk around. 2nd time I stayed there and I can honestly say I will stay again if passing through as it’s near Rodby harbor so 10 mins away once one is off or going to the boat. Fabulous place and great staff.

It is super pet friendly, your pet can be at the restaurant with you. the area arround the hotel has enough greens to go for a walk.

The bedroom was well equiped whilst the bathroom had npthing to rest your washbag. It is brand new and I sugesst the review small details like where the power outlets lay when the two beds are joined, if the TV can be turned in the direction of the bed etc.. small details

We were welcomed very warmly upon check-in. In addition, the room was very chic and cozy furnished! The equipment of the hotel is generally very modern. The breakfast was also well suited.

We did not like the location of the hotel. There is hardly any infrastructure around the hotel. But for 1 night as a stopover it fit.

Clean and peaceful

The single beds were spaced strangely, which made the electrical plugs right behind your pillow, this can be a fire hazard. We moved the single beds to the middle, then the plugs were in the right spot.
