The breakfast was surprisingly good, with a good offering of fresh hot food, cereals, and pastries.

1) The body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers are located too high in the shower for shorter people, and in a location that made it difficult to operate them. 2) The desk staff at check in, while not unfriendly, was not particularly welcoming. They also mis-programmed my key and I found myself locked out of my room 1 1/2 hours before checkout. 3) The price was a bit much for the amenities available.

The pillows were great. The room was spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool area really needs maintenance, painting, and re-sealed. I wish there had been charging stations or USB outlets in the lamps for our phones. We had to unplug the clock. The bathroom light is cool, but there isn't enough light for the shower. The bed was hard. All of this would have been easier to swallow if the price had been a little less.

As I was walking to my room for the very first time, two dogs were in one of the rooms (room 211) screeching and barking. I went right back down to the front desk and informed the individual manning the front desk I was not going to listen to that. He promptly moved me to the third floor and a different room. Dogs supposedly are not allowed in their rooms.

The rooms were very clean, and it seemed like relatively new. The bathroom was very roomy. We could have had a party in there, there was so much room. Also, there was a sink and light switch "in" the bathroom. Usually, the sink and light switch are on the outside. The bathroom light was in the mirror along with a clock. The staff were very helpful. They very kindly agreed to send the clothes we had forgotten in the closet, behind the mirror on the wall.

There was only one thing that was only mildly annoying. The closet behind the full-length mirror didn't immediately bring to mind we had clothes in there and we forgot them. Of course, this wasn't the hotel's fault. We just weren't used to it. The room was cleverly planned. We just weren't very clever ourselves.

Front desk people were very friendly, found my old BW rewards info and gave us a complimentary upgrade from a standard room to a king suite. The room was lovely and we felt very special. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with many great selections. We definitely recommend this place!

Everything was great.

The provided hot breakfast was average as compared to other motel hot breakfasts but definitely better than a continental breakfast. The location was excellent for our needs, the facility was well maintained and the staff friendly.

The WiFi was really poor. The motel front desk representative blamed the WiFi provider for not yet fixing the problem. The price is fairly high.

The property was clean and convenient close to my family

The water pressure at the showerhead was absolutely terrible. It was so bad. You can hardly rinse the soap off.

Great place with modern updates. We did not know where the breakfast was. Nothing that said it. Had to go to front desk.

They could have assisted in the hot tub. I couldn't get it to work- bubbly, when I went to desk to inquire she told me yet works- in fast when she called maintenance they told her the guest just needed to push button. She didn't come to help or call anyone. I tried for over 5 minutes and I couldn't get it to work do I just left that & went to my room.clean and

Nice variety for food entrees, nice breakfast! Hot tub was relaxing. Pool was fun to play in with a 5 year old nephew. Customer service was excellent upon check in and check out! Good that they had the newspaper sitting out for guests to take.
