Not the Ritz Carlton, but definitely a great value with exceptional customer service. There were two gals that made my stay the most pleasurable come on I’ve had at a hotel. I didn’t catch their names of course I’m not good with things like that but one was a gal with red hair who was on the voluptuous side and a tall thinner, blonde bombshell. I am not a man I am a woman. I’m not sure how else to explain them, but they were just dolls about everything and we’re super helpful and just made me feel very comfortable.

The key cards to get in the room are a bit difficult. I know they were in the process of getting a new system so that might be the issue. Everything else was great.

I only had trouble with booking.com when I booked they ask me to open the app to complete my registration but the registration didn’t follow so I had two registration in the end. Still working on refund for unused second registration! Your staff cancelled it already but only two dollars refunded by booking.com so far!!!

The owner is actually involved with the day-to-day business like a which I personally like being a past business owner and even got to know him a little bit very smart and passionate guy about business I need to listen to people more

The customer service was okay . Needs some improvement . My word of advice is to just be compassionate and listen to customers, because you don't know what they've been through before they chose your hotel. Sometimes all they want is to smile and a warm place to sleep

Great location. Friendly staff.Good somewhat secure parking. Clean comfortable beds.

I like to shave using soap to lather up. However there was no solid soap.Shower gel does not cut it. Had to use shampoo. You get only 2 coffee packs even if you stay 2 or 3 days.

Good room location, and great customer service from the front desk clerk.

Bedding didn't appear clean, hair everywhere.
