I enjoyed how quite it was and the respect others had for the same. I especially liked the way break fast was displayed and how fresh and clean everything was. Diffinitly very much worth the money. I just LOVE the rich feel of the Claritin Hotel and the beauty it holds in its quality of care is outstanding. Thank-You for sharing her with Me and keeping her structure alive.

I noticed little tiny black bugs in the carpet ? YES,they were alive. and the Iron did not work properly

We have always liked this location so we try to stay here. Breakfast is always nice and great choices.

Someone in hall talking loud on their phone at midnight. I reserve a room at least a week ahead in hopes of getting a nice room but they said it didn't matter, it is first come first serve. We drive a great distance and can't get in at check in time. Not a fan of the 3rd floor, more smokers on this level and more people wondering the floor at all hours.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was abundant and the staff excellent, all common meeting areas like the lobby and dining room were exceptionally clean. Everything appeared new and well cared for.

Our bed had dips on both sides. It is time for a new mattress in room 105! Other than that obvious recommendation, truly everything else was above board and quite nice. Perhaps a common large 5 gallon water bottle next to the front desk to draw water from, would have been nice, but not expected.

Return customer because I like the location and all the amenities in this area. The hotel area feels really safe when I park my vehicles. It is a semi walkable area but on the other side of 205 they have all the eats and shopping imaginable. They serve a great breakfast.

I got in an hour early (my fault because I put 7pm as arrival) and they werent ready but my room was way nicer than last visit. A family decided to use the swimming pool and didnt get out til late (they were way too noisy) for me. Wish the kitchen staff was a little friendlier and happier, makes me feel they are under paid.

I stay here a lot. Parking is great and safe, close to shopping and my doctor, everything in the room I need like fridge and micro. Never have any problems with wifi or tv. Breakfast in the morning is more than you can ask for.

This is the first time my bed was over soft. Sunk down in it too deep. I dont know where smoke was coming from but I think someone was smoking out their window.

It was right across the street from.the hospital where I was having a procedure at 7:00 am.

The shower head needed to be replaced,it did not put out water, and only spits of water. The tub was scary as it felt like it could possibly fall thru. There was so much noise in the halls from other customers, making it hard to go to sleep at midnight.

This was as close as we could stay near friends. Quiet despite the Freeway overlook. The food and drink in the area are good, walking distance a McMenimans pub, the Mall across the highway has a decent cinema and excellent shops. The outdoor pool was nice and exercise room ok, an all in one machine and 3 cardio machines. Breakfast was a serve yourself of cooked eggs and sausage, make your own pancakes and waffles.

Difficult to find using the street address. They should change it to Stephens St. so easy to end up back on I-205 The entry is via a strip mall. The beeping on the door lock was annoying.

The location was very central and perfect for what we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were wonderful and room was very clean and comfortable.

Just a few cosmetic issues and small broken pieces but nothing huge. Bathtub could use more grip as it was a bit slippery

Breakfast was perfect for me, low-sugar cereals, bananas, mandarin orange fruit cup, and decaf coffee. Location is great, just off the I-205 with free parking and nearby shops and restaurants.

Long walk from lobby and breakfast room to the elevator to my third floor room.

Good breakfast, and close to the freeway so we could easily continue our journey in the morning. Overall a good value!

Portland in general is not a great location these days. That said, being up on the hill near the hospital meant that it was less "on the beaten path" so it was as good as could be expected.
