I really enjoyed the kind friendly staff, Diana and Jerom at breakfast, Morgan front desk Destiny the Manager . Breakfast was good, it was better when they were offering biscuits and gravy at breakfast. I would definitely return should they bring the biscuits and gravy back.

I stayed for four nights, I didn’t figure out until day thee you had to request housekeeping. I requested housekeeping and didn’t receive it. Fortunately the front desk had towels and washcloths when I asked. I have stayed at this property several times, it feels like it’s getting a bit dirty and run down. Need some upgrades.

Comfortable room and bed. Quiet. I mainly stayed at this hotel because they give 24hr shuttle service to the airport and I had an early flight (needed to arrive before 4AM). Most of other hotels near airport start shuttles at 4AM. I give them a good star for this convenience! Rooms were clean and all the staff were very pleasant. The lady who checked me in was very nice and upgraded my room to a non-pet room (which was appreciated). Even though they were busy, check in was easy. Great place for a park & fly!!!

The room was clean but both hallway and room had faint smell of cigarettes. Frustrating because I stayed there regularly several years ago with travel and no odors. Guests should be more considerate and go outside to smoke!

The location was great. My kids loved that there were pool toys, so they had entertainment. The check-in staff was exceptional! We asked for an upper room so the kids could see planes, and they graciously accommodated us.

Age is showing, and bathrooms/curtains (some sort of stain) really need a deep clean and some TLC. Things were clean, but the aging makes it appear less than clean. Also, I know others have complained about the eggs, but having a meatless protein option would be appreciated. One of our travelers is vegetarian, and waffles just didn't satisfy them. The sausage biscuits and gravy were good.

I like the location and the receptionist that checked us in is very nice! Our room is clean and it has all the amenities that we need.

I didn't like that there was no breakfast provided when one of the reasons why we decided to stay at this place was the free breakfast. We were not informed in advance about this matter. They said there was an incident that happened at the breakfast area when we came down to eat. But they could have provided us some pastry or fruit to go - we had to leave early for our trip! There was even no apology about the matter. In booking.com, the room described has one king-size bed and one extra bed. But there was no extra bed. Fortunately, one of my friends is so tiny, so the 3 of us managed to sleep in one bed!

Big compliment to the front office staff, she did a great job accomodating us after were turned away at another hotel. The lady is very experienced and helped us out wherever she could. The kids were offered complimentary snacks whilst we sorted everything out. Rooms are big, beds are good. The breakfast room was busy especially on weekends at the end of breakfast, but still well stocked. Close to the freeway, the airport and Cascade station for great food and shopping. My daughter loved the pool that was quiet and had long opening hours. Parking is free, busy and regulated.

The staff was very accommodating, professional and friendly.

We had to change to a different room 2 times. First due to an odor from a neighboring room and secondly the a/c and or heat would not work in the second room. The third room was excellent. We stayed 3 nights and each time we left our room for day trips, upon returning the key card would not work. It was rather annoying to go back to the front desk to get the card recharged.

It was a nice place to relax before going to the airport the next morning. Free shuttle service is a bonus.

My credit card got charged twice for my room. I was extremely disappointed. It felt like they were trying to scam us out of an extra room expense. I called to ask them why I got charged twice. They had no reason to charge us since I booked the room through the booking.com app. If I hadn't had to give my credit card information to them, then this wouldn't have happened. Thankfully, they refunded me back. I'm just really disappointed in my experience their. That's the second time I've given my credit card info to a hotel and they took advantage of it.

The room was bigger than expected. It had an extra sofa with an additional tv. The evening staff at check in was very nice and the morning staff was so cherrie. You exit the parking lot, turn left, go to the traffic lights and turn left and you are 2.6 miles from the airport. There was a good variety of restaurants about 5 miles away.

The window in the room could have been cleaned. there didn't seem to be any gas stations near by to pick up snacks.

The shower area was clean. The bed pillows were fluffy. The shuttle to/from the airport was great.

I wish there were more towels - only one hand towel in our room for two people. The air conditioner control was stuck on 60F, although the room didn't feel that cold. It was disappointing that guests have NO HVAC control. I would've liked a small bag with cotton balls. I was also looking for an offer to replace things forgotten.

The 24 hour pool and the staff. Sierra and I believe his name was Leo were so helpful and accommodating. Especially with my two young kiddos that were very excitable. The hotel was immaculate and it was by far the best experience I’ve had during a week + due to house renovation hotel stay. I can’t say enough good things about the staff here! The housekeeper quickly serviced our room to perfection. I even called the front desk asking for nearby pizza place suggestions and was suggested great options. I will stay at la Quinta every time I travel if possible due to the behavior of this staff! Not one single complaint.
