Quiet, convenient, comfortable bed, great breakfast, very pleasant staff.

A minor matter but it would have been really nice if one didn't have to call for Shuttle pick up but rather that it ran on a regular basis. I'm not sure why but one of the nights of our 2 separate nights stay we were assigned a room that had an accessible wet room rather than a normal bathroom. Very hard to keep water from spreading everywhere and a potential slip hazard.

Predictable staff service, hotel experience and breakfast so it's a no fuss decision to stay which I have multiple times.

Super hard to sleep in a bed right at the air conditioner. Literally flows over your body and in your face during the night. Any way to divert that air??? It's enough to choose not to stay if there is another hotel with central air out of the ceiling or a wall vent vs. HVAC in the room. We tried to swim in the pool but it was freezing cold both times we stayed. Come on! It's summer and many fams are beginning to travel. Felt like PNW cold vs. getting reasonable and inviting warmth. Seriously - heat your pool!

I loved that it was within walking distance of so many stores and restaurants!

There was very limited sound proofing in the rooms. I was near the elevators and was woken up on multiple occasions by the sound of people talking, loud music in other rooms and the building practically shaking from the military planes.

I've stayed at the Hyatt Place Cascade many times and always enjoy the property. This trip the front desk staff were welcoming, gracious, helpful and humorous. The airport shuttle driver was smart and kind...a real pleasure after an 11pm arrival. The room as always was clean and comfy...I like the design. I was attending to sick family members so coming back to a quiet environment was ideal. Breakfast is terrific, especially savory Latin foods. Thank you again for a great stay!

was late arrival... was speedy registration to get us to our room. Very efficient. breakfast the next A>M>was exceptional not only by appearance but variety but what really set it apart was the cleanliness of the facility. The two ladies working deserve a special thank you.

Hot and free breakfast included with a fantastic selection to meet everyone's needs. Plus, the free shuttle bus service was amazing.

There was no microwave in our room, and that created a problem because we had to keep going downstairs to get hot water to warm up our baby's bottle in the lobby area. This was a struggle, especially during those midnight feedings.

This hotel hits all the right notes for a visitor to a city: close to airport, on light rail...Excellent breakfast, spotless and spacious bedrooms. Great bathroom facility and shower water pressure. Price was perfect for us for this friendly 3* hotel. We note a lot of families were staying and a few sports teams of young people staying at the weekend. Despite being quite full most nights, there wasn't any corridor noise. The added bonus was a small bar at the reception for a night cap after our days' adventures. Prices were right.

Fitness center and pool are small but they are clean and well-maintained.

The hotel had easy access to the airport with a free shuttle. The staff (Alina at night & shuttle drivers) were extremely helpful & provided answers to our questions about the area, etc. The breakfast was top notch for a hotel continental breakfast. A great selection and great portions. The ladies who managed the breakfast area were friendly and kept the place so clean as well as continuously replenishing items.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. They're really the difference between 'OK' and 'OUTSTANDING' at many places and this is one of them. I needed a vase for some flowers and there wasn't one in the room. Went to the front desk; they didn't have them in housekeeping but she went looking herself and found a solution. All the staff were helpful like this (on the phone and in person). Bed was super comfortable, shower was fantastic, and the room was absolutely spotless. Bonus few people notice but is nice: The door keys are tap/contact. ...much faster/easier than hotels with picky magstrip readers you have to slide 3x.

Paying for parking the nights I'm staying there? While $8/nt isn't bad; it's still lame.

Close to shopping ( Cascade Station) and the airport.

They seemed to have a problem with ventilation. A dryer type vent was situated on the floor coming from a staff/ service room. It was blowing warm air into the hallway. when we questioned the front desk, they said there was nothing they could do about it, otherwise the whole system would fail. Didn’t make sense and made us feel uncomfortable not knowing what kind of air we were inhaling. we also found swimming goggles and a vest inside the hide a bed. Kinda creepy.
