Last time I stayed the room was dirty and small and I said I'd never stay again. Gave a bad review and your response was simply, thanks for staying with us. Gave you another chance and was glad to see you removed the dirty carpet. Your pillows are still a bit big. But back to what I liked , The staff and the fantastic customer service they provide. Our plane got in at 4:30 am, supposed to be in at midnight. We had to catch the bus home at 8 am or 6 pm. The staff held our luggage after our noon checkout. Then the shuttle gave us a ride to a close restaurant and then picked us up and brought us back to the hotel where we hung out until it was time to leave. They suggested signing up for lift. Anyway please give your staff a pat on the back as we will begin staying there again.

We travel with no destination. So I made 2 separate bookings for back to back nights on 2 separates days. The staff was very accommodating to keep us in the same rooms so we didn't have to move. The parking yes was $10.00 but all you had to do was get it validated (no big deal). The shuttle drive that takes you to Cascade Mall and to similar places was awesome, he was fun and very high energy. Enjoyed him very much.

The room was directly beside the outside unit but it really wasn't that big of a problem.

This place was fantastic!! They had a washer and dryer so I could wash my clothes. I loved the little aread where you could buy frozen meals to prepare in your room in the microwave. The bed was so comfortable and although it is near the airport, you really could not hear it in the room we were staying!! BONUS!!! The front desk staff were incredible!! She even walked us to our room. *so sweet* We did have to pay extra to park. Haven't quite figured that one out. But, it was a gated parking lot and you had to obtain a ticket to get iin and they validate it when you get to the front desk. You get another one when you leave the parking lot and they validate when you return. Only one way in and one way out. We have already decided that we will stay here next year when we return as it is much closer to the event we will be attending!!! Looking forward to it.

Parking ticket was paid by front desk when our friend dropped us off. Staff was very friendly and engaging. Room and bed were very comfortable. Shuttle was very helpful.

We had an online Zoom meeting that night. I asked the front desk person if I could borrow a second desk chair for us to attend the meeting. She asked the supervisor. Result: We didn't receive a second chair, but we were told we could do our meeting in the meeting area up front or in the lobby. We solved the problem by using the armchair in the room.

The location was wonderful and, considering the amount of air traffic, it was nicely quiet. The staff were all helpful and professional. Even at 3 AM!

The facility is perhaps in need of some updating, but still comfortable and clean. It's just showing some wear. I understand the need for the ticketed gate and the parking validation process, but it was another thing to remember when my remembering was already taken up by flight times, etc.

Very basic room with comfortable bed. Room could have been a bit cleaner (hair on the wall of the tub). I was happy for the coffee maker in the room, but discovered that despite my very early (3:00 am) departure there was coffee available in the reception area! Also, it was pleasantly quiet. In so many hotels guest are loud, and doors slam a lot. My fellow guest were all very considerate and quiet! The staff is exceptional!

A great hotel! Staff was over the top great. We’ve been traveling internationally for two months, and this was the most comfortable bed out of every stay! Super clean room. Just a few minutes from the airport and they have an airport shuttle that was free and easy to schedule.

Parking has to be paid for, but it’s gated so it was nice to have it secured. They don’t have free breakfast, but they do have a shop to buy snacks and quick meals, and also free coffee!

Our room was very clean, spacious, with large beds. The bathroom was also very clean, with everything you need for a shower (with liquid soap, which is much better than bar soap). The guy at the reception helped us book the shuttle for the next day to get to the airport. We were allowed to enter the room a little earlier and leave our suitcases.

The shower curtain did not cover the entire space and the water leaked out a little. The lady at the reception told us that she had reserved the shuttle for us for the next day, but that was not the case. Thanks to the guy who was there at night, who checked it and booked it.

Right next to the airport. Good amount of parking, at a reasonable per/day rate. Super comfortable beds - they are very soft, which I enjoy. Staff were always cheerful and willing to help.

Under flight path, so there is jet noise - but that is to be expected when you’re right next to an airport.

Close to Airport. Price is just right for a room near the Airport. Friendly staff. Recommended a restaurant near the Motel and it was very good. Overall good experience.

Room seems a little dated. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft. Not a lot to do at the Motel. Amenities were lacking.
