The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great, though the water pressure was somewhat low. It was a walk-in shower about the size of a bathtub or a little bigger with a flat non-slip floor and glass doors. The room had a microwave, coffee pot, and refrigerator; and there is a little market in the lobby where you can buy sundries, snacks, breakfast sandwiches, beer, wine, other beverages, etc. The room was very quiet.

The coffee pot was on top of the microwave and a little hard to reach. I must have missed the pot when I poured in the water because I ended up with about 1/2” of coffee in the pot; and it left me with a mess to clean up. There was soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner but I would have liked some lotion. Breakfast seemed to end quite early. I ate at 7:30 and got the last of the scrambled eggs, and no more were brought out. Usually when there are eggs there is also sausage or bacon and often potatoes, but there was only toast as an accompaniment.

I took the airport shuttle to and from the hotel and both drivers were very friendly and timely. I had informed the front desk that I was coming in several hours before the "official" check in time and would need to do some work in the lobby/business area until I could check in. I mentioned this again when I informed the front desk that I had arrived and to send the shuttle. By the time I arrived at the hotel, my room was ready! It was incredible to be able to just do the work I needed to do from my hotel room. And the room was very comfortable.

This isn't the fault of the hotel, but they are nearing the end of a long renovation. I was in a newly refurbished room. The refurbished lobby is beautiful and the nw exterior is cool. The pool and some of the other amenities are still closed. This will soon end and I wasn't impacted in any way.

The room was fresh and remodeled and the bed was very comfortable. We really liked the kitchenette with microwave dishwasher and mini fridge.

For a breakfast it needed help, such as fresh fruit for those who are dairy free or wheat free. This is the second time we have stayed at this location, watch the breakfast area closely, the food is limited and is eaten quickly (fill in the food and drinks often). Also FYI, the numbers on the microwave are very bright for sleeping. I covered it with a wash cloth to dim the light.

I have stayed here on several occasions. Although they were going through renovations, we were given a newly renovated room. It was extremely nice. Large TV (55"?), powered blinds. Stovetop cooking and a Great look. I'll be passing through again and plan on staying at Clarion when I do.

Some may find the renovations bothersome, but I don't stay in the lobby.

Proximity to airport. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was friendly.

It was under renovation. They were actively painting the outside of the building and replacing doors. The pool area was closed for renovation. There were parts were there wall paper was removed or the tile needed to be replaced. Not sure why they didn't close one section of the hotel and work on it versus it feeling sporadic.

Even though they are in the process of remodeling, we were surprised at how smooth everything ran the three nights we stayed there. Also, our standard king room was more spacious than most hotel rooms and we loved having an actual wet bar station in the room.

Difficult to think of something. Perhaps the bathroom could have been a little larger?

Friendly and helpful staff but be aware the airport shuttle only runs till 11 p.m. so if your plane arrives after that you must rely on Uber, Lyft, or taxi..That fact alone, along with incorrect shuttle information provided by the person at front desk a couple of months previously. When we booked, cost us about an hour late at night when we were already very tired. I can't comment on breakfast, since it closes at 9 a.m. (a problem after a late night).

Shuttle hours, breakfast hours ( see above). While very clean and well.maintained, the facility seems a bit tired. Sheets very thin, room quite chilly on bbvbv arrival (did warm up after a while).

Staff was amazing and so friendly / helpful. I also liked the heads up that the jacuzzi was down but no one mentioned the gym would be closed to. I also loved size of the room — spacious and allowed for room for baggage

I was not fan of breakfast. Very limited options and nothing healthy to offer - oatmeal with that maple stuff is not healthy BTW.

My room was on the 3rd floor with a view of the river, which I loved! It was a large room with a comfortable bed and it was surprisingly quiet being so close to the airport. I didn't hear the planes flying over at all. I felt very safe staying here alone. The hot breakfast was great each morning and the lobby area was very nice. The desk staff were friendly and efficient.

I don't have any complaints.

Quit. Very relaxing with an over look of the water.

Need more clarification of when the shuttle run. We needed to leave super early for airport and had to get a Uber being shuttle did not run that early. This information about the shuttle time should be listed on the web page.
