The room was clean and comfortable as expected. The airport shuttle was very convenient. You can either call to pre-schedule or call from the airport when needed and it only takes roughly 10-15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. I used this after returning the rental car the night of our stay and then again to get to the airport the morning of my flight. Both drivers were friendly. The gym is a decent size with 3 treadmills and 2 elliptical machines.

Since the airport is close-by, one can hear the airplanes at night. I recommend bringing earplugs to avoid hearing the sounds while sleeping.

We departed for airport @ 4:00am...we were provided a "brown bag" and wrapped muffins provided...but nothing to wrap piece of bread or bagel...I used a napkin and did take the one serving peanut butter provided, consumer the 4 oz yogurt with a cup of coffee while waiting for the airport shuttle.

Better info for the shuttle driver who came to airport when called...we were not informed which end of pick up island...we waited at benches closest to our airport exit door, in middle of pick up isle...he proceeded to wait (~15 minutes) at far end where we could not see the shuttle until husband walked to the length looking...then he did not drive to where we were with our luggage...

We chose this hotel because it advertised free shuttle from airport. Turned out it doesn't run after 11pm, so we had to Uber from the airport at 12:30am for $18. Should have selected the other hotel...

This placed surprised me! I booked it simply because of its proximity to the airport, but it exceeded all of my expectations. My flight boarded at 4 AM so I expected an uncomfortable night of restless sleep before my ride came at 3:30, but I was so comfortable there I got a solid 5 hours! The receptionist was super kind and helpful. The bed was amazing. The temperature perfect. And the room was just lovely! Highly recommend. I honestly wish I could have stayed longer and used the fitness center, had some food, and just relaxed a bit.

The convenience of the facility to the MAX light rail stop and to the PDX airport.

We did experience one quite negative happening. As we came down to the first floor, we walked initially in the wrong direction and then turned around. As we came past this one first-floor room, this door opening and out came two god-damn growling unleased dogs followed by this loathsome creature who was evidently taking them for a walk through the rear corridor door. Some distance away we exchanged obscenities with this obnoxious, inconsiderate piece of shit, too inconsiderate to lease these two dogs on their way to the rear door!

Staff did they job as expected but some of them were robotic and disengaged One breakfast staff came all the way to my table to tell not to take the ketchup out of the breakfast common room. Really ?!? No customer wants to hear something like that in a hotel when just starting his day, this comment was irritating and not appreciated, dampening this hotel's overall experience. The simple solution to this is: make more ketchup bottles available and don't come all the way to customers' table with bothering petty comments.

Thank you for asking ... I liked my king room, and especially appreciated having a bathtub in addition to the shower. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, I slept very well. The breakfast was very busy at the hour I arrived - 8:15am or so - and some things had run out. The team was doing its best, and I really appreciated that. The coffee was very good, that was important to me! The young lady, I believe Melissa, was very kind at checkout. The team member I was most impressed with, was Alex. He was kitchen crew and shuttle driver!! He was extremely kind and made my stay even better, he deserves applause and big gratitude!

I wish there'd been a hair dryer in the room. My room was on the first floor, and the noise was a bit bothersome, especially at 6am when planes started flying overhead. And, in general, my stay was very good.

I had to use Holiday Inn last minute when Delta changed my flight to an extremely early departure. I arrived at 3 and had to leave at 3:45 the next day. The room had a comfortable bed, actual black-out curtains, and was generally quiet. Their website indicates breakfast doesn't start until 6 a.m. so I wasn't expecting anything at 3:45 - but the staff opened the breakfast area such that I actually got fed. The shuttle service to and from the airport was on time, even at 4 a.m.

The only thing was the cost... I think the stated cost was 166 but the taxes increased that to almost 220. That's a lot for 12 hours of attempting to sleep.

There was a free shuttle pickup service from the airport. The location was great since it was very close to the light rail public transportation that goes directly into downtown Portland. The king suite was large in size. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we had a restful sleep. The TV was mounted on a fixture that allows you to tilt the TV left and right so you can either view it on the sofa or bed. The bathroom was large, the shower head water pressure was strong, and hot water was almost instantly ready. The hot breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. There's a neat pancake maker and the cheese omelet was delicious.

There's no bathtub in our room but those seems to be a rarity it seems.

That they had breakfast included, were able to take locals. Due to a weather emergency my father and I needed to find a nice place to stay close to home. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Wish there was a local discount or a lower cost on rates when local weather emergencies happen to better support customers. We had to find a place to stay due to losing electricity and water at our home due to an ice/wind storm. If we didn’t have savings we wouldn’t of been able to afford a hotel and even so we had to spend over $2000 dollars in two weeks to just find a safe place to stay.
