The breakfast had more choices than we usually find at a hotel breakfast. There was scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, sausage, muffins, waffles, toast and jelly, oatmeal, cold cereal (3 choices), coffee, three kinds of fresh fruit juice, hard boiled eggs, blueberry cookies and lemon cookies. I'm probably forgetting something. There three of us and each of us found something they liked. The desk agents were helpful arranging shuttles to and from the airport.

The ice machine on our floor was out of order.

Friendly & accommodating staff. Great location for airport proximity; also walking distance to MAX line for easy-access into town (if you don’t drive). Room was spacious and very comfortable - awesome bed!

While the room was comfy, the proximity to the airport is convenient and the staff are great, the price is just a bit much. If they had a proper gym facility (the gym is small, dated and not very well-equipped), then I might be happier paying the higher price; saying that - I recognise that 99.9% of the guests staying here probably don’t have *gym facilities* as a priority on their list.

Location was what it was. If you need to be close to PDX I'm not sure you will find closer. For the money the room was exceptional. I had stayed a single night in a comfort inn and these two chains are not comparable even though the price would suggest otherwise. And finally, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and got me checked in early.

Icer machines were broken on, at least 2 if not 3 floors. Minor inconvenience having to go to the main floor to get ice. Parking - $15 per night extra. This does come with overnight security so... not a bad thing here in Portland.

The night clerk was very polite and considerate of my needs. I always like the breakfast selection at Hampton Inn. Also, even though this is a small thing, I like that there is a night light in the bathroom. I sometimes need to get up in the night and instead of having to turn on the overhead light, the night light gives just enough light.

The carpet in front of the tv was really horrible and needs to be replaced. In fact, I think the rooms would be easier to clean an d healthier if there was no carpet and only laminate like the entry and bathroom. I had stayed in another room at the same hotel a week earlier, and the carpet in that room was also very stained.

Location was fine. Shuttle service was on time. Extra close to the airport. Is a plus for sure. Nice touch with the TV screen. Welcoming you into the hotel. However, I’m an old man doing the best I can; I didn’t know how to make the screen black.😳😵‍💫😱

Breakfast; oatmeal was way too watery. Better not to serve it then serve it the way it was served on 12/4/24. Thank you!

Breakfast is good. Room space is good. We liked that room had desk, office chair and many lamps. The shower was exellent, especially for older person. We liked big size elevators.

We didn´t like the carpets in the corridors and foyer, because it´s very hard to take suitcases to and from room, even in case when they are four wheels ones. They don´t run on the carpet well. The cleaning lady tried to enter room at 9:30 am. Why she didn´t have information about guest check-out day and hour? Our check-out was the same morning, but not before 12 pm. She didn't nock on the door, just unlocked it and entered.

The Property was nice and the staff was friendly, they were renovating the parking lot on one side but we were able to use the Sheraton parking right next to it.

I wish the Breakfast selection was a little better. It was nice having multiple varieties of coffee to choose from though. I wouldn't call the A/C at this location spectacular but it was solid. Bathrooms look dated "Tub/Shower area creaked."

It was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The room was a great size.

Our flight was delayed from east coast so we didn’t arrive until 2am. I tried calling hotel 2 times to get the shuttle to pick us up but no one answered. I had to find someone from airport to call for us.
