It is a great place for an extended stay- lots of room and the happy hour was good.

I had never stayed there and quite honestly for me it was overwhelming. I was surprised there was no "floor map" of the first floor where everything was-dining, happy hour and even the elevators. I wandered a bit and finally had to ask how to get to where the elevators were. They didn't explain at check in the elevator requires your key card. No first floor map even on the TV website so had to ask where the happy hour was. I am older so I don't always rely on technology. Younger staff tends to assume everyone does. I did text the manager who then said the map was at the front desk. It would have been helpful if they had asked if I needed it When I Checked in.

Great location and amenities

The elderly staff were not as welcoming and one in particular made me uncomfortable every time we entered the lobby area and seen he was also doing it to people of color when you say hello he does not respond which I am concerned as they are literally by the airport and many people of different cultures come through. I have stayed at numerous embassy suites due to their superb customer service and the comfort of amenities but may double think if I would like to stay at a place that doesn’t make all feel welcomed.

The atrium is so beautiful. Well it. Well manicured. Very safe. I noticed 2 security guards in the atrium on foot walking the property also so it’s very safe. It’s nice to go downstairs and relax by the waterfall to get out of your room for some air.

Room service started at 5. They have free cooked to order breakfast and Waterfalls grill for lunch which is very nice and had Kobe beef burgers that were excellent.

Dinner was nice and server was very polite and efficient. Room was comfortable and clean.

Front desk employee could have been more pleasant. She was very dry, just asked me for credit card and id, didn’t say hello or welcome. Had to ask where elevators were, and bell carts. Also had to ask about restaurant hours etc.. When I walked up there were two people sitting at desks, I went to one and she said oh go over there this isn’t my department and she got up and left and then I went to other woman and she just looked down and asked for my name. I expected a more pleasant person at a Hilton.

Location is easy to access. Breakfast is well executed. Use of the Hilton app makes check in easy as does the electronic key. I liked being able to message the staff when I had a couple questions. Response was very quick.

The $20 daily parking fee was quite a scam. There are automatic gates at the property but they are not metered or monitored. The parking and access is not secure and I’m unsure what I was actually paying for. The sofa bed mattress was one of the worst I have seen. My son tolerated it but it could have been much better. The bathroom wasn’t ventilated, which would have been nice.

The staff was very helpful. I had testing at OHSU done that made me nauseous. One of the ladies at the night check in desk went to the restaurant and got me some oyster crackers. They were just what I needed and made my evening go from bad to good. Her kindness, compassion, and help to me lifted my spirits.

It was a walk from the desk to the elevator and from the elevator to the room. In the future I'll request a closer room. Also, there was no ice machine on our floor.

The hotel is beautiful with its indoor streams and koi fish. The atrium is very nice as are the employees. The rooms are well laid out and comfortable.

The toilet paper holders are set so far back, you have to contort yourself to get to it. Problem solved by removing the roll from the holder and putting it on the counter. Also, I like shower stalls and not bathtubs with a shower.

Location, safety/security measures, cleanliness, courteous staff, parking lot and shuttle service. Availability of accessible gym and heated pool onsite. Breakfast was great.

Parking was a $20.00 per night expense. I was surprised the room was not cleaned at all during my stay. Only two tiny trash baskets and no one to empty unless I were to ask. The closet lacked a bar to hang coats and dresses. The shuttle service left me waiting. I had reserved a 745am spot and he left at 748am. No courtesy announcement from front desk staff; although I had confirmed 20 min prior and was in lobby area.

Nice view, good-sized rooms, good breakfast, good quality amenities, friendly staff, drink tickets.

The parking fee was unexpected, no vending machines, flavored coffee creamer would be a plus, I was under the impression that Easter eggs would be hidden throughout the hotel a couple times during breakfast hours. There were some out at 7am when I went downstairs but were all gone by 8:30, so my son was a little disappointed. It would be amazing if checkout was at least 12 or 1. A side note, our shower would drain extremely slowly, preventing us from showering.

I was late for breakfast but the very nice chef decided to make an exception and cook me a great omelette ! Thanks ! Our rooms were next door and connected . It was a flying visit but enjoyed a meal, sleep and breakfast.

We used the soda beds , one of them had some left over cereal when unfolding the bed. A small issue, the rest of the room was immaculately clean.
