The Lodging in an excellent location close to the Airport and they have an excellent shuttle service. There is a goof restaurant located at the lodging. They have simple coffee machine that is easy to use.

When you turn the TV back on, it does not default to the channel you were previously watching. I have stayed there many times before, but I had to do some extra signing for the Internet

There was a wedding when we arrived and it was unclear which door to use and when bringing in multiple pieces of luggage- it was tiring to come in the wrong way. Also, the line for check in took 15 min because there was only one person working. They did give me a voucher for the club room, but I would have rather had a fast check in. My legs are bad and standing that time of day is difficult.

There was no significant problems. I do not like the dispensers that most lodging uses for shampoo, soap etc. . After turning off the TV, I think the TV should default to the channel you were previously watching when turning it back on.

The price of the lodging is much too high, which is typical in Lodging today. They did not have a breakfast menu, like they did in the past, but instead a buffet that cost 17$.

The TV did not work the night I stayed, but it did work the next day. The ice machine did not work the night I stayed. The refrigerator was hard to get closed at times.

It was easy to get checked in. The host and server at the restaurant were very nice. Super nice in fact. The room itself was comfy. Plenty of space. I also liked the early morning airport shuttle bus.

We were amazed with hotel. We were there for a wedding, and everything there was beautiful, there were Christmas decorations and music all night, it felt like home. In the morning we did not had breakfast, we just enjoyed our morning in the comfy room.

When my plane flight was cancelled by Southwest, I ended up in Portland a day later. They cancelled the first night without charging me and switched me to the next night. The shuttle service was excellent and I did not even have to wait. The food at their restaurant was excellent.

Like most lodging today it is definitely overpriced for 1 night stay. There is no restaurants or stores nearby and no interesting places to visit

Perfect location near the airport. Lot of nice touches! Book “reading lights” on beds were nice touch. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Liners for trash cans would be nice.
