Proximity to the airport. Availability of a shuttle to and from the airport. Staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Ground floor rooms.

Lack of an elevator makes accessing rooms difficult. It also makes accessing icd, snacks and cold drinks difficult if not impossible for those who have mobility issues.Rooms need upgrades, particularly doors and furniture including consistent chairs (types, sizes, etc.) between rooms. All bathrooms should have safety/handicapped bars to provide additional safety to all peopl, and especially older individuals whether handicapped or not.

I like that I was able to book last minute on the booking app and get a price better than what they offer at the front counter. they offer a shuttle service to the airport than they are a mile and a half from multiple dining and shopping options. the breakfast isn't that great but it saves you some money and they do offer a few options.

there really isn't any downside to this place. it is basically across the street from the runway to the Portland airport and at the end of a road and is relatively quiet.

The communications were good, the shuttle picking me up from the airport was quick and warm, and the check in process went smoothly. The place is older, but clean and the bed was comfortable, which makes the stay more comfortable. I missed breakfast, so can't speak to that. I felt safe and the place was quiet allowing for good rest which is all I wanted. Thank you

The pillows were to large and stiff for my liking.

They were friendly, wanting to make me feel comfortable and were able to get the room I needed. I am handicapped so this is important to me.

Come on now a banana, instant oatmeal packs and an energy bar that’s your idea of breakfast? Not mine!! I certainly don’t stay there for the breakfast. That’s too bad . Just a little more effort would make this hotel better!

It's clean, convenient and served my purposes. I needed long term parking, overnight lodging and a ride to the airport, all my needs were met. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

I think $99 a night is a little much when nicer hotels with shuttle service in the same area charge $15-20 less. It would be really great if you got a discount for using the parking and the hotel, like a package deal. There were also some stains on the upholstery of the armchair that bothered me. It seems like an easy fix considering the rest of the room was sparkling.

Didn’t have breakfast. The beds were comfortable. Coffee was great as were the hot showers. Staff were helpful with suggestions and shuttle organising.

It was all good. It’s an old established accomodation. It was clean, had lovely imenities and the staff were more than helpful in answering questions.

we’ve stayed here before when flying out of Portland early in the morning. The parking for vehicles is good priced and the shuttles makes it easy to get to and from the airport.

we signed up for 4 am shuttles ride to the airport. my family and I went down with our luggage at 4 am and the shuttle was full already. we got skipped by people who signed up for the 4:30 am shuttle. no one told us we had to be there early. WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING A SIGN UP SHEET IF YOU DONT FOLLOW IT.

Proximity to airport; shuttle available 4am to midnight. Located near several larger hotels. Walking distance to bus lines, restaurants. Very clean, comfortable bed.

The hotel is on a flight path but turning on the fan and using ear plugs I had no difficulty sleeping.

It was very poor. Coffee was great and juice but other was very undesirable. We still appreciated the facility. Thanks

Airport parking long term reasonable price and very secure; need reservation for parking ahead of stay. Night desk person so helpful

No water in vending machines. This has happened more than once with our stays there
