Proximity to the airport. Availability of a shuttle to and from the airport. Staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Ground floor rooms.

Lack of an elevator makes accessing rooms difficult. It also makes accessing icd, snacks and cold drinks difficult if not impossible for those who have mobility issues.Rooms need upgrades, particularly doors and furniture including consistent chairs (types, sizes, etc.) between rooms. All bathrooms should have safety/handicapped bars to provide additional safety to all peopl, and especially older individuals whether handicapped or not.

I like that I was able to book last minute on the booking app and get a price better than what they offer at the front counter. they offer a shuttle service to the airport than they are a mile and a half from multiple dining and shopping options. the breakfast isn't that great but it saves you some money and they do offer a few options.

there really isn't any downside to this place. it is basically across the street from the runway to the Portland airport and at the end of a road and is relatively quiet.

The communications were good, the shuttle picking me up from the airport was quick and warm, and the check in process went smoothly. The place is older, but clean and the bed was comfortable, which makes the stay more comfortable. I missed breakfast, so can't speak to that. I felt safe and the place was quiet allowing for good rest which is all I wanted. Thank you

The pillows were to large and stiff for my liking.

Adequate room with two very comfortable beds and a TV. Continental breakfast in the morning. Easy access to our upper floor room. Overall quiet at night (except for late arrival of noisy neighbors) with some minor traffic noise from nearby street.

Noisy, inconsiderate neighbors that arrived after 11 PM and didn't quiet down until nearly midnight!

People at reception were welcoming and helpful; there was a problem with the drain in my room and it was fixed immediately. They accommodated me by guarding my luggage while I was off property for a lunch;; the shuttle service and the drivers were quite good - adjusting for a late night arrival due to the plane problem.

They were friendly, wanting to make me feel comfortable and were able to get the room I needed. I am handicapped so this is important to me.

Come on now a banana, instant oatmeal packs and an energy bar that’s your idea of breakfast? Not mine!! I certainly don’t stay there for the breakfast. That’s too bad . Just a little more effort would make this hotel better!

Didn’t have breakfast. The beds were comfortable. Coffee was great as were the hot showers. Staff were helpful with suggestions and shuttle organising.

It was all good. It’s an old established accomodation. It was clean, had lovely imenities and the staff were more than helpful in answering questions.

It's clean, convenient and served my purposes. I needed long term parking, overnight lodging and a ride to the airport, all my needs were met. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

I think $99 a night is a little much when nicer hotels with shuttle service in the same area charge $15-20 less. It would be really great if you got a discount for using the parking and the hotel, like a package deal. There were also some stains on the upholstery of the armchair that bothered me. It seems like an easy fix considering the rest of the room was sparkling.

The front desk staff made all the difference. The hotel was average, but she made it feel like a 5 star. She was helpful, informative, likeable. I would stay here again just because she made the whole experience wonderful.

The carpet was pretty worn out and should be replaced.

Very comfortable room. Close to the airport. Main reason I stayed was to get a connecting flight early the next morning. There was a Free shuttle to the airport as well. Breakfast was included but I didn't have time. There was a fifteen walk to some food places.
