When things did not work out with our previous reservation in downtown Portland for the same dates, we had to quick find another place to stay. It was late Saturday night after the Timbers game and we got out the Booking.com app to see if anything was available. There was Best Western Plus Portland Airport Hotel & Suites in the listings with a reasonably priced double bed room, conviently located nearby but out of the downtown madness, and it included breakfast! The lady behind the counter was very friendly and even offered a late check-out since we got there late. The parking was uncomplicated and nearby the entrance. Elevators were conviently located by the front desk. The room was easy to find and very clean. The beds and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast had a nice variety and was replenished often. Thank you Best Western for saving the day! :)

The rooms were excellent and big, bed was comfy and well located.

Breakfast was pretty awful, no waffle mix, sausage was extremely salty, bacon was super over cooked and disintegrating. Eggs omelets were crispy overcooked. Didn’t even attempt the second morning as the first was really quite horrible.

Everything. The location, cleanliness, amenities, and how comfortable the bed was. I never sleep easily on hotel beds, and this was the first time I slept comfortably outside my own bed

The only complaint wy wife has was that the breakfast sausage was not labeled for the type of meat. She doesn't eat pork, and there was no signage saying that it was pork sausage. A turkey option would have been nice.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. Loved the breakfast! Staff was able to give my husband information on a good running path. Close to restaurants. Fruited water and cookies were also a nice touch. Staff were friendly and always acknowledged us when we passed by them. Free parking!

The breakfast was lacking compared to other BW hotels. The egg thing with cheese was cold. The coffee station was across the entryway - A walk for someone with mobility limits. There was no bread for toast.

I didn't like the breakfast buffet layout. I didn't like the bed. It was hard.

Clean and friendly with a decent breakfast. Couple of fast food options near by for dinner. The check in host recommended a sports bar nearby, so that's where I went. I'd have preferred the fast food options. The bar was not clean or overly friendly.

Very nice staff at the reception. Clean room, very nice beds. Coffee and cookies available in the lobby. Enjoyed the variety offered for breakfast. Happy that the plates were reusable and not of paper. Very good and friendly shuttle service from and to the airport.

The price ($180) was too high.

Breakfast was great and had a huge variety to chose from. Location was great and we felt safe. Room was clean. There was plenty of towels for the two of us. Overall a great choice!

The only concern I had was with the elevator. On day two the elevator got stuck with someone in it so I ended up using the stairs to the 3rd floor, the rest of my stay.

We satisfied with everything but except each night around 11:00 pm there was loud noise from the stairs and above our room for about more than half an hour. Seems to be someone was doing exercises or moving something.

Location, comfortable beds, very nice staff

Issues with the bathroom fan( very loud and noisy) and issues with the heat system. Something wrong with the thermostat. Very quiet at first then noisy and vibrating
