Bus ride to airport for flights and/or train (to city) was convenient. Comfortable bed.

Not the best breakfast - cooked items a bit dry/tough. No cooked options for vegetarians. Coffee ran out both mornings and was not routinely checked by staff - but they were pleasant, responsive and thankful when I pointed out it needed replacing. Check in was drawn out because reception had a problem getting the system to accept my updated-expiry-date Amex card (I had reserved the room using the pre-update card). I had to do multiple transactions (including providing my driver's license 3 or 4 times) and eventually was told I'd be called down later to complete the process - then it suddenly worked to the receptionists surprise. We were tired from travel at the time so this was unfortunate.

Included breakfast, shuttle service to airport, exercise room, 1 washer/dryer. Easy check in and check out.

I wish there was more than 1 washer/dryer for whole hotel.

Location was easy to access - we had a truck and trailer and their large parking lot with multiple entrances/exits was very helpful. Well lit at night and since it's hear the airport their shuttle was running so we liked the extra people around the property working - our vehicle felt safe. Front staff was so friendly and helpful. Excellent Customer Service! Breakfast had lots of options and fun sports bar & restaurant across the street and mini mart easy to walk to. Close to shopping.

Patrons in surrounding rooms were noisy- no insulation between rooms and floor above . Hard to sleep.

Breakfast was poor. No fresh juice, waffles, scrambled eggs or fresh fruit Desk attendant didn't know the exact location of the shuttle transportation from the airport. Had to wait an hour at the airport because I was at the wrong location.
