Room, breakfast and bed were nice. BUT, I can't say enough nice things about the desk clerk, Tom. Booking.com had screwed up my reservation and would not cover the second room that I had paid for. I spent an hour on the phone with someone from booking.com to no avail. I finally canceled the second room with Tom's help and he was able to get me a discount that came close to the booking.com price. He spent time on the phone trying to help me with Booking. He brought us water and snacks. He went over and above what anyone else would do.

I don't know if I will use booking.com again. They did not satisfy my needs and the person on the phone, who I had to wait 20 mins to talk to a person after driving all day and another 40 mins talking to Karen T. Very disappointed. in booking.com

Like the bathtub the most in out suit and how big it was. It was beautiful and a pleasant stay. We enjoyed the food and all the amainiest. We will be staying again. Thank you, ohh, and Robin, who checked us in, was amazing that night. With all she had on her plate I might not have let anyone in, lol.

The water could of been a bit hotter for the jetted tub. The beds are very hard i like hard but they it felt way to hard. But I really enjoy taking hot hot shower and the hotel was completely booked so maybe that had something to do with it. Overall, no complaints we will be staying again. Thank you

The staff was very friendly and we loved the free shuttle to the airport which was simply scheduled. The shuttle also allowed our small dog which was great. The breakfast was pretty good and our stay was nice overall!

The area that we were in wasn't supper accessible walking wise. There is a restaurant next door and a coffee shop that is also near by, but if you want to go into the city or do anything else you will need some other form of transportation. I would also recommend staying inside after dark since there are a lot of random people hanging around the area.

Bed was comfortable and good water pressure in the shower. Liked having fridge and microwave in room, good number of hangars, and electrical sockets on the bedside lamp bases. Appreciated the cold water dispenser in communal area and that hot breakfast was included. Staff was nice. There’s a small pool and hot tub in central inner courtyard that looked nice, but we didn’t use.

The bathroom sink had a large, repaired crack- worked but didn’t look great. Our flight was delayed and we missed the last shuttle just before 11pm; had to get a $25 Lyft ride to hotel. (Shuttle back to airport the next AM was convenient.)

Great hotel for the price, I love the option of free breakfast and airport shuttle! The location isn't the best, but the lobby door is key locked to keep the trouble outside. Use caution if you plan to go out at night (a bit sketchy with the homelessness problem in Portland, but that's kind of something you deal with everywhere here). The room was very clean and comfortable and even came with a microwave, mini fridge, and tiny coffee/tea maker! Breakfast was pretty standard - yogurts, juices, fruit, bacon, eggs, sausage, pastries, and waffles. The shuttle to the airport leaves every 30 minutes and can be reserved in advance. This hotel is also a short walk from the MAX lightrail station which will take you to the airport or downtown pretty quickly for just a few dollars.

My only complaint about the room is the curtains - the inner curtains that would normally block out light are only decorative and do not close at all. There was a bunch of lights outside my room, so it was pretty disruptive to sleeping, but with how nice the room was I'd still stay and just bring a sleep mask next time.

Very modern and clean facilities. The breakfast was the best I've EVER had, with friendly and helpful staff. Lots of really good food at affordable prices nearby. For the quality of the facilities, amenities and services provided, the price was exceptionally low...maybe HALF of what I've paid for comparable accommodations.

The owner is apparently not very concerned with his guests' safety, as there was NO on-site security OR outdoor cameras, and smokers (like me) had to smoke out by the flower bed directly in from of the entrance...again, with NO security or cameras in a very dangerous neighborhood...SHAME ON YOU, SIR!

It is a well kept facility, very clean and comfortable rooms and surroundings. Well lot parking area and enough spaces to accomodate guests. They lock the front doors after 9:00 pm and all the exterior doors lock as well. I like the security of knowing not everyone can just walk through the doors. Front desk staff were amazing and very welcoming and helpful during the stay.They had plenty of luggage carts to move bags and belongings from car to room.

It was a bit higher in price than what I like to spend. But I have nothing bad to report.

The room was huge and very comfortable. The bed was great. The bathroom was a good size, and both of them were clean. The area around the hotel didn't seem very safe, but as we didn't walk, it didn't bother us. The breakfast was fair enough.

We tried to enjoy a late afternoon at the pool, but an extremely noisy group of people was there. I know this is not the hotel's direct responsibility, but it greatly hindered our experience.

Our stay was perfect. The room was a suite. Clean and everything we needed. Their breakfast was top notch for a motel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool was clean and inviting. Parking lot was clean. If we have events we need to go again in the area. This is my new favorite place to stay.

Breakfast was a typical fast microwave egg omelet, packaged chunk potatoes, and paper thin sliced bacon. Waffles were available as well.

We were given water bottles, one of which, unopened, had something floating in it. We were asked to be contacted by the manager when the issue was resolved and what was in the bottle. As of date, 1 month later, we have not been contacted.
