The rooms were excellent and big, bed was comfy and well located.

Breakfast was pretty awful, no waffle mix, sausage was extremely salty, bacon was super over cooked and disintegrating. Eggs omelets were crispy overcooked. Didn’t even attempt the second morning as the first was really quite horrible.

The breakfast was lacking compared to other BW hotels. The egg thing with cheese was cold. The coffee station was across the entryway - A walk for someone with mobility limits. There was no bread for toast.

I didn't like the breakfast buffet layout. I didn't like the bed. It was hard.

Clean and friendly with a decent breakfast. Couple of fast food options near by for dinner. The check in host recommended a sports bar nearby, so that's where I went. I'd have preferred the fast food options. The bar was not clean or overly friendly.

Very nice staff at the reception. Clean room, very nice beds. Coffee and cookies available in the lobby. Enjoyed the variety offered for breakfast. Happy that the plates were reusable and not of paper. Very good and friendly shuttle service from and to the airport.

The price ($180) was too high.

Breakfast was great and had a huge variety to chose from. Location was great and we felt safe. Room was clean. There was plenty of towels for the two of us. Overall a great choice!

The only concern I had was with the elevator. On day two the elevator got stuck with someone in it so I ended up using the stairs to the 3rd floor, the rest of my stay.

We satisfied with everything but except each night around 11:00 pm there was loud noise from the stairs and above our room for about more than half an hour. Seems to be someone was doing exercises or moving something.

Breakfast was typical of a hotel like this.Could add more variety. Location is really good.Feels safe.

I booked 3 rooms for the family with names of family members on 2 rooms and she (from desk staff)almost didn't allow me to check-in the 2 rooms. Those family members were with me on road trip and I was paying for the rooms.

The breakfast was good, even though the waffle maker timer was not working consistently. I still knew how to use it, and just used my phone timer. The buscuits & gravy were a nice touch, as the buscuits were really good. The coffee ran out on both mornings, but I used the machine.

In the "business area" in the lobby - it's quite cold and drafty.

Location, comfortable beds, very nice staff

Issues with the bathroom fan( very loud and noisy) and issues with the heat system. Something wrong with the thermostat. Very quiet at first then noisy and vibrating

The staff were all very nice. Rooms were clean. Liked the water in the lobby along with coffee and tea. Breakfast was nice and a good variety. Close to the airport. Food and drinks close by.

Nothing negative to report.
