"Good breakfast and a nice atmosphere. The bathroom is large, with a bathtub only (no shower). Great Hilton TV – you can connect your own Netflix and other streaming services.

Two small downsides: (1) the room window faces the parking lot, so you'll likely want to keep the shades closed for privacy; and (2) the room lighting is cold white – personally, I prefer the warm white lighting that most hotels use."

Breakfast was good- waffle maker and spread was better than most hotels.

The cleaning lady threw away all of our food before we had even checked out of our room, without asking. She apologized profusely when I came back to grab it and found her in our room. I didn't complain to the front desk because she had thought we were leaving, and I startled her. Still-- it was literally two huge saved plates of food from my brothers wedding (homemade Persian food) and they shouldn't have cleaned the room before we actually checked out.

Breakfast was fine, convenient, standard fare for hotels. Coffee was excellent, location good, clean, cheerful area. Only negative were the apples, they were old and dry. The staff was very helpful. We especially liked the night front desk woman who went out of her way to make us welcome.

We didn't like the fact that there was a parking fee added. In the 23 years I have come to the area, there has never been a fee anywhere. There is plenty space available there and in the whole area. What's the point? This is not even indoor parking. Additionally, one can hear highway noise nearby, especially at night. As a suggestion, if you had heavier drapes it would dampen the sound. Quietness is desirable.

It was quiet and comfortable. The gym was great and I did use the pool though the water was pretty murky. Staff was friendly and helpful since we checked in separately.

The pool water was murky and smelled. Not a fan of paying for parking if the facility isn't right in a major metro downtown area.

The staff was very friendly and kind. They responded quickly to a situation that arose. The beds were comfortable and the entire place was very clean. The breakfast was decent. Would have liked more fresh fruit and different breads. Also, an automatic latte machine would be great!

The staff was lovely, everything looked stylish and was comfortable. I thought the location was convenient and was happy they had a gym. Loved that breakfast started at 6 am.

I thought the breakfast wasn't great. It wasn't awful but not something I'd consider good either. I was happy it started at six but the food wasn't good.

The friendly staff

Not a fan of the charge for parking in a suburban location where parking isn’t an issue -the lot was less than half full. When we booked the parking charge wasn’t a prominent feature of the room rate. Would have been nice to know that prior to reserving room.

Lovely large room, comfortable bed and good linen. Reception and check-in straightforward and very quick. Room was quiet and well-cleaned on arrival and extra towels were available.

Breakfast rather too heavy on carbohydrates. No ordinary electric socket near desk. Room was only serviced once during the 3 nights' stay.

I did not see that there was a parking fee. We specifically left the city so we didn’t have to pay parking fees and unfortunately they still Had them. Seemed silly with it not being downtown or in an area where parking would Be difficult.

was disappointed that we have stayed there multiple times and now suddenly they charge $12 a night for parking. and it cost more if you want to make your reservation refundable. Both are new charges and make this hotel more expensive than others. Might expect the parking charge in downtown Portland but in Hillsboro.
