I was having surgery very early the next day and I live an hour outside Portland, so we needed a convenient location to Providence St. Vincent's. I was also requested to have clean bed sheets and asked for some upon arrival and they were delivered promptly. Because of the situation and our late arrival, we were not able to partake of any amenities like pool, breakfast, etc.

More towles than 1 per person. I prefer more than 1 towel when I bathe. I forgot to mention this at checkout: the shower leaks somewhere at the bottom - there ended up being a large puddle on the floor after showering. Room 404.

We stay here often because it is close to our family and it is a good value. The rooms are well kept and comfortable, and I have always had great experience with the staff which I really appreciate.

There is an exterior door on the 1st floor that does not lock/secure when closed and there have been issues in this neighborhood (indicated by warning signs in the parking lot) of theft. Also, I don't like that there are no bathtubs available, only showers. This can be difficult with kids.

My wife arrived before I did, and in order for her to be allowed into the room even after I authorized it with the front desk attendant. They made her pay for the room on her debit card, even though I had already put the room on my credit card.

The property was easy to find and had everything we needed.

I reserved a room that slept 4 adults. The king size bed was fine, but the pull out couch bed only had a single mattress and did not sleep 2! We had one person sleeping on the floor :(

It was all very nice.

The bathrooms could use a second light, near where you take a shower (in the bathroom; so, over the bathtub). The one light does not give enough light, for the entire bathroom.

Wasn’t around for breakfast, due to early flight home. Grateful for being able to check in one hour early, as I was already late for a memorial service.

No restaurant in-house or even within a short walking distance.

I stayed because I had to be at Providence St Vincent at 6 am for surgery. We drove from rural Oregon in a snowstorm. We got lost so the 1 hr trip turned into 3 hours. The night clerk and night manager found us sandwiches after the kitchen closed. The night clerk was so nice. O

Rooms were smaller than I expected for a suite but was more than adequate.

Nice toiletries supplied, and my boyfriend was delighted to be handed two hot cookies on check-in!

Nothing bad in particular - it was all what you'd expect from this kind of hotel. The room and hotel were kind of soul-less. Didn't feel especially good value.

The elevator was a little slow waiting for. Have liquid soap dispensers in shower would be cool for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They have them in some hotels atached to shower wall.

Coming in to attend a wedding. Perfect location. Very happy with our room and very comfortable bed. At check in the staff was very nice and met with a warm cookie. Would stay at this location again.
