What a superb hotel!!! Far exceeded my expectations for this type of lodging. It has a pool and a gym and custom made breakfasts, along with some of the best croissants in the US. The room was quiet and clean; the bathroom (especially the shower) well designed and the staff extremely helpful and couerteous (especially the ladies in the breakfast room). Lots of free parking available. I shall stay here in my future visits to the Portland area.

Everything was excellent

Clean, friendly staff, quiet room (which is incredibly difficult to come by), good location, very accommodating to our need for top floor room with same day reservation.

Bar/restaurant staff was a little rude to my husband when he went downstairs to ask for a fork. He said they seemed "put off."

The hotel being NEW, MODERN, STYLISH, and the SUPERB SERVICE made it a great experience & stay at the AC hotel. Special shout-out to both Arias & Haylee at the desk and Kathy at the AC Kitchen for their SUPERB service!

Unfortunately, the walls don’t have the best sound proofing, so at times I was awakened by the neighbors noise and tv.

One never get disappointed. So clean, best in class breakfast, very nice location, ample car parking, wonderful rooms and most importantly very friendly front desk associates especially Tek is wonderful guy to offer help.

The breakfast was wonderful and the variety was impressive. Your staff has been amazing during this difficult time and so appreciated. My husband was taken to the hospital while we were guests and your staff including Ms. Kaohelaulii was so supportive. Thank you.

It was so clean and beautiful! The staff was very friendly and helpful

I was ready to give this place a 10/10 until we were trying to fall asleep. It was really loud. I could hear everything outside and the walls were pretty thin. I will stay again just bring ear plugs!

Modern Euro feel, excellent breakfast , great location near Nike. Also, adjacent to large sports park with numerous running trails.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very accommodating. We also like their breakfast choices. It is also close to shopping areas and just a 15 minute drive to Portland.

Brand new and the staff was amazing! The room was really not for me but that’s not to say it was bad. It really is a beautiful hotel.
