Nice and quiet place to stay with family. Liked the fact that the room was fully equipped with a very usable kitchen and every other basic necessities -- very useful (Not every hotel room comes with microwave, stove, refrigerator or utensils). Nothing fancy, but way better than any motels which usually have bed bugs or things not working, or cleanliness issues. Everything in the room was working, no issues, and sheets were clean. Really good value if the price remains the same. Most hotels in the Hillsboro area are way too overpriced, so was initially considering a cheaper Airbnb or a motel. However, was pleasantly surprised with a fully equipped room with every basic necessity (and avoiding any costly unwanted extras like swimming pools or spas or gym -- which we never use).

Breakfast was just bare minimum, but i would rather prefer this over anything to add on to the price, especially for an extended stay. Lighting was dim -- the room could have been brighter. Sometimes, the magnetic door keys (cards) didn't work, but the staff was friendly and immediately gave replacement. Extending the hotel for more days was a pain through Booking.com since they took a very long time to confirm payment from the bank -- anyway, thankfully, they gave a full refund, so, re-booked at the hotel front desk (who also price-matched).

I had to wait for my room to be open so I had the opportunity to watch how staff interacted with residents. I loved the familiarity among everyone. They listened to peoples problems. They was funny, sweet and kind when interacting with everyone.

I didn't have too many complaints. I expected a better breakfast but that is on myself for not looking into what was offered prior to reserving a room.

The man at the front desk (I didn’t catch his name) was there for check in and check out - kindest and most helpful desk clerk I’ve came across in quite awhile. He was happy, upbeat and kindly greeted us. Location was great as we were there for an event in Forest Grove but dining, shopping, gas and convenience store were all right by us and our commute wasn’t an issue from the hotel. Value of the stay was very reasonable and included a ‘to go’ breakfast.

The walls are too thin! :( I could hear everything! TVs, talking from other rooms and the doors slam very hard when others are leaving their room. So sleep wasn’t the greatest.

I liked that employee was really friendly and accommodating, we check it in really late and our original booking reservation wasn't used due to Internet connection they're unable to check us in, so they called in close by other their hotel to make sure that room is available,. We where super tired and overslept checking out time for few minutes, but they didn't give us hard time about it at all.

I really don't have any complaints about services, everything was clean and in working order. Maybe personal hygiene kit could be for two people when everything else was for two people.

The last time I stayed it was almost impossible to get a roll of toilet paper. I didn’t understand how they could be so close to stores and not send an employee out to purchase toilet paper which is a necessity when staying in a motel. they did manage to turn up a partial roll. This time I could not get a much needed blow dryer. Especially considering it was raining heavily and even snowed, going out with wet hair in that weather was not cool. Maybe purchase enough blow dryers to have when your hotel is mostly filled?

The Staff was so kind and helpful. It was clean and comfortable. If I ever had a question or a need the staff from housekeeping all the way through was great! I would recommend EXSA! 👍 I have traveled alot in courier, so a score of 9/10 is not easy.

No issues

The staff every day and every interaction was remarkable! Pleasant. Helpful. Accommodating. Even over the stress of the Christmas holidays and a power outage! Loved that everyone welcomed and accepted our small Boston Terrier Dog.

A little noisy at night in the hallways. But it was Christmas, so I understand.

The fan in the bathroom doesn't work and the bathroom sink didn't drain well.

Pretty much everything. Staff were very pleasant, and the rooms were big. Beds are comfortable.

The price for us was a tad high but I'm not complaining. Other than that, it was awesome.
