We liked the cereal and toaster items. Not the eggs. Did not try pancakes. Ran out of coffee one morning, but contacted staff. The staff was helpful when there was a problem. Cleaning staff was great. Very nice.

We picked this hotel because of location, AND it was supposed to have a restaurant, open for dinner. It appeared to be in the breakfast area, and was not even open our first night. Only about a dozen items were offered in total, including starters. We were not that desperate, fortunately, and found other places to eat.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was great and provided easy access to food, gas and the interstate. I liked that they had a bar and grill downstairs but Inwish the hours were a little longer. The hotel staff was very accommodating when it came to requesting additional items such as blankets, towels and pillows.

I'm nitpicking here because I feel as though pretty much all of my needs were met AND a storm rolled through, so with that being said I'm not sure how much of this is actually something the hotel could fix or if it was simply unavoidable. During my stay, as I mentioned earlier, a storm rolled through and this may have been the reason the hotel ran out of hot water one night and then didn't have water at all on a separate night. In addition to this the fire alarm triggered at about 4am and no explanation was given, but after the initial alarm went off it continued to trip a few more times after everyone had gone back into the hotel. Because there are other establishments nearby, parking can be a little tight, especially when there's snow and ice on the ground and you have kids to tend to.

Nice, updated rooms. We stay at a lot of local hotels to get away as husband and wife now that our kids are older. This is by far the most friendly staff we've ever encountered! We've stayed at about a dozen hotels in the Portland metro area since August, so a few months now, and (with the exception of Embassy Suites Hillsboro) nobody could even come close to comparing to the staff at Hilton Garden Inn - a HUGE "shout out" to Jade at the front desk for exceptional customer service and absolutely going the "extra mile." The fitness center is really, really nice. More options and more equipment than all of the other hotels we've stayed.

They need a pool and a hot tub.

I love how close this hotel is to our family that lives here in Beaverton it’s very convenient. I also love the beautiful outside area to walk our dog 🥰

The only thing that had my partner and I not so happy was the cleanliness of our bathroom. The tub was not clean for use and there was some mysterious fluid on the bathroom floor that was not clear but an opaque white color that we were grossed out by. The service was great though, anytime we asked for support or care the hotel staff was extremely helpful and supportive

Nice place, clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The location while close to the freeway and many shopping and eating options is also located behind a large 24 hour fitness and the parking lot is huge,full of cars and hard to patrol which leads to some "shady" looking people and vehicles parking and loitering in the vicinity. That being said, I have never had to park far from the motel and my vehicle has not been tampered with.

I arrived very late in the evening without a reservation. I made the reservation online outside, walked in and was in my room in minutes. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’d ever slept in! They also had ample open free parking available for my pickup and 24 ft trailer to maneuver and park, which was critical.

Very welcoming, attractive lobby like an upscale hotel. Room was huge and very comfortable with trees outside window providing privacy. Fitness room was quite nice.

Staff could have been more professional(dress and demeanor). Bar in lobby was uninspiring. No local wines and bartender had to work double duty to flip hamburgers. Laundry room was substandard.

I love their pet policy. Everywhere else charges per dog/per night which can be really expensive. But Hilton Garden Inn has a flat rate based on the number of nights stayed. For this reason, this will be the only hotel I ever lodge in for future trips.

The only thing that could be a disappointment is no pool. It made no difference to me because I never go to hotel pools, but my husband does and it was the first thing he asked when I made the reservation.

Location

Everything was great except the foot rest that went with the lounge chair. I sat on it to remove my shoes and almost fell on the floor. It was missing a wheel. I informed the front desk when I checked out. Someone could get hurt if they did not catch themselves like I did.

Comfortable hotel in a quiet area. Clean and open. Nice rooms. There's 24 Hour Fitness across the lot.

Everything was good except the side/back door was broken, meaning anyone could come in. Not super major and the staff said someone was coming to fix it. Everything else was good.
