Good location, pretty quiet. Peter and Clarissa were fantastic to deal with and were both a big help. I originally planned on a two night stay but due to an unforeseen circumstance I ended up having to stay 2 weeks. There are coin op laundry machines on site and the breakfast is pretty decent for a motel in this class. facility was very clean

After one of my extensions, there was a clerical error and they checked me out and removed all my property from the room. I got on my stuff back in good condition except my groceries including the non perishable items, but they did take care of that cost in more than fair terms. Also, the number I called as provided by Booking.com goes to a corporate call center and they are NOT helpful in any way. The onsite staff are very easy to deal with.

No fuss check in. I was early - still the front desk staff (guy) just checked me in and gave a lovely room. Evening (lady) staff was friendly and very informative. It helped me a great deal as its my first time to visit this property. Breakfast was great. Staff was very kind and really made me quite welcomed and looked after.

Whoever stayed in the room just above mine had no consideration whatsoever for other people. Was doing some kind of machine work into early hours. People like that shouldn't stay in hotels - get an airbnb or rent a house.

For me, this location is ideal. The rooms have an extra seating area and plenty of table space which I appreciate. The tables are also easily rearranged allowing for flexibility around how the room is configured.

I am a bit unusual in that I am a late sleeper. It would have been nice if breakfast was offered a little later. Also had a dog in another room that was barking which was annoying. I understand the desire to be pet friendly. It would be nice to offer rooms for those who don't want to be near dogs at the other end of the property. I do appreciate being on different floors, but the other end of the building would also help.

The room was spacious. Staff Maria Rivera and the others was courteous and attentive. The breakfast was very great, more then a continental one. They have Cinnamon brioche, caffe, juice ,muffin, sometime bacon, sometime sausage, omelet, rice, oatmeal, yogourt and more. The location is great, there is great cafe spot and restaurant at Orenco Station and you can take the MAX to go downtown Portland.

The price for a bottle of water was too high (3$ by bottle). They don't have a swimming pool / spa. The laundry was expensive.

I didn't have breakfast so I don't know how it was. I am a late riser and most hotels do not offer a breakfast at 10. For me, the location was ideal. I also really appreciate that this location did NOT add a parking charge to the room rate. There are several hotels in the area that are starting to do this without clearly showing this as an additional charge. This alone will cause me to choose this hotel over others in the area. I appreciate them being clear about the cost of the stay.

The room was good, very clean and comfortable. Other than the bathroom situation the rest of the hotel and staff were great.

The bathroom was so small that you have to squeeze between the toilet and the counter to be able to close the door. I had requested a disability compliant room and it was disappointing to have the bathroom facilities like that.

The breakfast is awesome! Location works very well for us since we travel to be near to and visit with family.

Something that can't really be changed - the bathroom could be bigger! We would sacrifice the extra couch space in the main room for more room to move around in the bathroom.

1. Hotel did not respond to question sent via Booking chat, until after already checked-in. 2. Trash cans placed in front of elevator call buttons. Required leaning over trash/smell when pushing button.

The front desk team and management are exceptional - a secret in-suite birthday gift was delivered prior to our arrival (thank you!) and the check-in process was easy. The breakfast was sensational: a full continental breakfast with pancakes, oatmeal, sausages, cereal, juice, yogurt and more: it started each day of our stay off on the right foot. I left a jacket in the closet, and the manager was super helpful in helping to get it packed up and taken to a shipping depot where I could arrange for it to be shipped back to me.

Comfortable, clean, and in good repair. Great breakfast.

Vending/ice on the 4th floor: There was no vending, and the ice was empty. I asked at the front desk and was told "2nd floor". There was ice but no vending. We needed bottled water to take in the car to continue our trip.
