Despite a full blown construction project everything was great. Can't wait to see the finished product.

We were on the 3rd floor along with several youth basketball players and parents. Never heard them at night but there was a lot of running around and playing in the stairwell and elevator. I am not blaming the Hotel but the parents need to be more aware. Signs were posted to not use the stairwell but that did not stop the kids. Safety first!

The convenience of the restaurant and bar. The food was excellent and you didn’t have to leave to experience “Fine Dining”. The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. 10/10

Everything was great, However i feel the bedding needs upgraded. The mattress wasn’t very comfortable and i also would have preferred an extra heavier blanket stowed away for cooler nights. The water pressure was horrible, if anyone knows about great showers it’s ALL in the water pressure.

I arranged for my grandson and family to stay at an air bnb. Unfortunately, the air bnb was canceled 26 hours before check-in. This left me scrambling to find new accommodations. I found another place to stay but could not check-in until Sunday. I was able to get them a night at the Monarch. The hotel staff was fantastic. I was able to arrange a late check-in and late check out. I will definitely be singing your praises. Thank you

The hotel is close to many shops and restaurants, including Clackamas Town Center. The restaurant in the hotel itself was great. There's a MAX station nearby, so it may even be a feasible option for people traveling without a car.

The property was starting to show its age a little. This didn't have an impact on cleanliness or anything, but it was something we noticed. It was also right next to a highway, though the sound didn't bother us very much.

Conveniently located. Good reviews. Coffee and refrigerator in room. Very comfortable bed and bedding TV was standard and remote was easy. Plenty of parking. Front desk was friendly and helpful,

There was no menu in the room from the restaurant in the hotel. Bathtub was outdated and not super clean looking on the bottom of the tub. No pad of paper or pen in desk. Loud noise of something be drilled after 10:00pm. It took some time for the room to cool down.

Fantastic location, good size, clean rooms. Small but clean and well appointed gym on property. We have stayed here multiple times, and it is just right, no complaints at all.

I guess if I have to say one thing I would say that the building is a little bit older, but the rooms are very clean, good size, well-maintained… There is really nothing I can complain about with regard to this property

The coffee (except Saturday morning). The pool was fabulous. The staff was super sweet and friendly.

The smell of pot by the electrical room by our room 313. That smell permeates everything and makes me nauseous. SO much of the menu at the restaurant sounded spicy and full of heat, cilantro & chorizo. I did not want to even go in and try anything.

In the middle of a remodel but the location was excellent! Room has been redone so it’s very nice!

Nothing I can think of other than general info in the room would be nice. No info on things like pool hours, amenities, etc. anywhere to be found!

The location is superb, close to I205 and the mall. I didn't get up early enough for breakfast, hopefully next time! This will be my preferred hotel for future visits.

The inside of the dresser drawers had some small particles or flecks. I'm always concerned about insects. So I did not use the drawers. I was too busy otherwise to notify the staff. I just left my clothes and suitcases on the other bed.

The airport shuttle was excellent. The location being in Happy Valley was perfect for visiting relatives nearby. The room was very large and comfortable, and my proximity to the elevator and entrance in the back of the building was very convenient for me.

I had room 341 which overlooked the freeway, and it was VERY noisy. I will return to stay here again, but will request a room on the other side of the building.
