The location next to the river was an added bonus to being close to the family we were visiting. The staff was amazing and after interactions with both day and night shift it was clear that everyone really cared across the board. The key locking mechanism was much better than the previous hotel I stayed at. That was a much appreciated small thing that prevented me from having to go rekey several times.

The pillows were very small and not all that comfortable. The mattress was pretty inexpensive, firm, but passable. We had issues with our sheets coming off the corners repeatedly through the night. The noise between the floors was very noticeable as well. The guests above us seemed like they were having fun playing tag, but it kept me up or woke up several days. This isn’t the staff’s fault, and I never called to report it. Overall it was really things outside of the staff’s control that were the cons.

We loved the view. I loved the restaurant and bar. The breakfast meal was awesome. The location was perfect for all our activities in Oregon City/Milwaukie area. Very secure. I would feel comfortable as a single guest.

The clerk found a better room for me and I have to say that is was most comfortable. I really only had one minor annoyance. That wil be discussed below but it was a quiet room and I really would have no other notes

Why was there no sheer curtain? I understand that the hotel wanted to save money by having us use the blackout drapes on riverside, but unfortunately, I didn't see that request until the end of my stay. This is because I only stayed one night and really did not get into the details of the room. Because I didn't have a sheer I left the blackout curtain open to get the awesome view of the river! I hope they plan on putting those back.

The room layout was nice. The bed was recessed in an alcove which gave more floor space. The room had a small balcony which we did not use due to high temps during our stay. Parking was ample. The room was clean and comfortable. We were visiting the "End of the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center" and the proximity was perfect.

Breakfast was a bit pricey. The hotel provide a voucher which only covered about half of the cost for a normal sized breakfast. There was construction in progress during our stay so some areas were dusty. One of our rooms had a very loud A/C unit during the night.

Close to the venue that we were attending, easily found from the turn off , and very informative with directions.

The bathroom fan was too noisy. The entrance to the room was very difficult to place in our luggage cart,and the supposedly "Partial " river view was terrible in where you couldn't see it. The room next to ours had a deck with seating, Ours didn't have either one of those amenities 😕 All the ice machines were not stocked.

Pool is outdoors and was covered in leaves and pollen. They are doing construction on the 4th floor, so will give them some grace, but, CO2 detector was chirping when I got to room. Tried to call front desk and in-room phone did not work. Called on my cell to let them know. Very quick to come change batteries.

The view of the Willamette River was fabulous. Staff was friendly, room clean. Loved the location, off the beaten path a bit yet we were in the middle of the city/town. Close to shopping and hiking/park trails.

No breakfast included, but they did offer us a $7.00 off coupon for breakfast in the neighboring restaurant. The room showed wear and tear, they were in process of remodeling the rooms.

Our room was spacious, and the balcony was just about on the Willamette River. Just across the river from us was a family of bald eagles, and we enjoyed watching the parents fishing on the river to feed their eaglets. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and we enjoyed the tables right over the river as well. Free parking was a plus, and it was quiet at night as there was little traffic on the small frontage road in front of our room.

The building needs cosmetic updating, with old, peeling wallpaper, and an elevator button that didn't work. Whoever was in the room above us had feet of lead!

Meals at restaurant. Staff eager to help with directions to various places in/near Oregon City. Proximity of docks along Willamette River. Proximity of quaint downtown old town. Parking at hotel.

Facility is under renovation. Once completed, the property will be excellent. Also, highway and bridge work adjacent to the property is noisy and necessitates slight inconvenience when approaching/departing the property.

Room was very clean. The issues I had were addressed straight away. Breakfast is hit and miss as it is outsourced but there is a Mcdonalds very nearby. The best thing about the hotel. Is the amazing hotel staff. Everyone was so helpful!
