Didn't really get to eat a breakfast

I was very pleased with the motel; but they still don't have an extra blanket for someone that has cold feet. So they told me that I have to bring my own blanket to stay warm in order to stay at this motel. Really? Doesn't that seem ludicrous? Their excuse is the only blanket they ordered (15 months ago) is out of stock so they haven't purchased any extra blankets, and cannot. So if you want an extra blanket, bring your own from home to stay in our motel. Wow.

It was clean and room ready on time,

It took a long time to check in, the gentleman helping me seemed to be very confused or didn’t know how to do the check in… then the next day when I had already left I got a call from the hotel because the guy had accidentally deleted my credit card so I had to give the lady my credit card number info on the phone… I really hate disclosing that kind of information on the phone.

The breakfast was great. Hot, Fresh and a variety of items. The staff kept the area clean and freshened up everything all the time.

I would love to have breakfast run until 10am, but i understand the reasoning. I don't understand the rule about not taking the pool towels out of the pool area. It's tough when you have little ones to get them warmly to the room.

management was amazing, rooms clean, beds comfy, food great.

we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, but I could see that around the hot tub area, it definitely needs remolded, brick off in some places and flooring around it definitely needs replacing, but temperature was great

The property was very clean.

When I got in my room the heat had been left on high and the room was very, very hot, the window could not be open so I had to turn on the fan/ac to make it less hot. By the time I went to bed the room was still so warm it was hard to sleep

One odd mmt favorite hotels in the Portland area n threw hotel is sparkling clean every time I've been there and that does apply to the pool area as well I've never seen a pool area so well maintained. The staffbwerenalmost all amazing and I'm sure the one who wasn't was just having a bad day and she was still pretty nice just not as helpful as the others.

The price. I am a rewards member and have stayed at many many many Holiday Inns and they have amazing facilities too but are cheaper. And I understand that different areas different rates but if you look at their rates before the pandemic they were a lot lower. I understand prices generally only go up not down. But it doesn't same fair to raise your rates so much

The location could not be more beautiful or convenient. The room layout, bed, facilities and and staff were all exceptional. By far my favorite Holiday Inn I have stayed.

The shower pressure was terrible. Another garbage can would also be appreciated.

Staff and even the guests were all friendly and upbeat. Everything in room was clean and functioning.

Only one chair at desk in room with nothing to sit down on other than bed which is raised too high to sit easily on.

The beds are very comfortable. In-room coffee maker. Easy access to highway. Safeway and Starbucks in same parking lot. Nice view of the river. Really good hot breakfast.

No one came to refresh our room in the 2 nights we stayed.

the breakfast was fine and convenient. The staff were great, friendly and helpful.

It's a basic hotel so I had limited expectations, but it still felt expensive.
