It’s a great location for us because we lived in the area. We stayed at this hotel for two months before moving into our home 10 years ago. We were home for a celebration of life and stayed here for memory sake.

The property is going downhill a little bit, our towel holder in the bathroom was permanently installed crooked. The sink was not a commercial sink. And, looked like it was purchased at a garage sale and just made to work. We had an annoying family next-door that woke us up at 6 AM in the morning screaming and we lost a lot of sleep that night. However, the staff is great and breakfast staff puts up with a lot of disrespect from guests. We made sure to let staff know they were appreciated!

The bathroom was really small and had no sink in it, the sink was in the living room. Also the fridge and microwave were unplugged. The freezer water was all over the fridge and floor. I didn’t notice until an hour or so of arrival. Likely the last guest, the wires were hidden by the ironing board and I don’t think that was an accident. Who knows, no big deal but worth a mention to look out for when prepping a room for guests. Aside from a few minor things, the stay was fine!

Very nice room for a great price. Whole hotel is quite nice. Staff was great. I love their late check-out option. For a fee I was able to extend my checkout to 4pm!!!! Well worth it. The breakfast was actually really good and the pool hot tub was real nice too. Loved their late check-out stay here

The bathtub is pretty small and just blah. Bathroom is nice. Everything is clean just a blah tub/shower.

The room was clean and very comfortable. I actually slept very well despite being on the freeway side. The breakfast and dining area was very nice. My check-in to pick up my key went smoothly. The desk person was friendly and welcoming.

The bathroom was very small. The door partially blocks the toilet, so you need to close the door to use it. The shower head was spraying water unevenly and probably needs adjustment or replacement.

Breakfast was great- a little later on weekdays would have been good. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean.

Bed was hard. and Dumpster divers outside back door. Not enough ashtrays, there were several smokers and cigarette butts on ground. People sleeping in the parking lot, did not feel safe at night.

Rooms are furnished well. Enough seats for my partner and I to eat dinner at the desk. Walls are thick enough to not hear too much outside noise.

The location and how comfortable the rooms were

That my room wasn’t refreshed even once during my 3 night stay. Even though I requested it at the front desk. And when I mentioned that it had never been cleaned/refreshed even though I had asked they told me .” they must not have gotten around to it “

Everything was convenient. Staff were great and helpful. Would stay there again and would recommend

The only item that didn't meet expectations was the pillows. The beds were great, but the pillows could be better and larger

The desk clerk was very accommodating, making sure we were able to park our pickup and car trailer in a safe spot, which we could see from our room. She was also keeping an eye on the parking lot surrounding the motel with security cameras. The lobby was elegant and our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a nice breakfast the next morning. This facility exceeded our expectations and we certainly would stay here again!

Unfortunately, we were kept awake until midnight by children running and slamming doors in the room above us, but this wasn't the motel's fault.

The location is the reason we stay here at this hotel. It is in close proximity to the R.V. Inn Style amphitheater and an easy on/off access to I-5. We always shop local and eat at Killer Burgers, Because WHY NOT??? Right. Great value for price and the staff are so nice and professional.

Not the hotels fault at all, but the Park n Ride shuttle service to the venue no longer runs on the weekend. It was a great deal because we could walk from the hotel to the Ride Share parking lot and then have safe and reliable transportation to the venue without worrying about parking or traffic jam leaving after the concert. I hope they bring this feature back.
