The room was clean and very comfortable. I actually slept very well despite being on the freeway side. The breakfast and dining area was very nice. My check-in to pick up my key went smoothly. The desk person was friendly and welcoming.

The bathroom was very small. The door partially blocks the toilet, so you need to close the door to use it. The shower head was spraying water unevenly and probably needs adjustment or replacement.

Breakfast was great- a little later on weekdays would have been good. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean.

Bed was hard. and Dumpster divers outside back door. Not enough ashtrays, there were several smokers and cigarette butts on ground. People sleeping in the parking lot, did not feel safe at night.

Rooms are furnished well. Enough seats for my partner and I to eat dinner at the desk. Walls are thick enough to not hear too much outside noise.

The location is the reason we stay here at this hotel. It is in close proximity to the R.V. Inn Style amphitheater and an easy on/off access to I-5. We always shop local and eat at Killer Burgers, Because WHY NOT??? Right. Great value for price and the staff are so nice and professional.

Not the hotels fault at all, but the Park n Ride shuttle service to the venue no longer runs on the weekend. It was a great deal because we could walk from the hotel to the Ride Share parking lot and then have safe and reliable transportation to the venue without worrying about parking or traffic jam leaving after the concert. I hope they bring this feature back.

The desk clerk was very accommodating, making sure we were able to park our pickup and car trailer in a safe spot, which we could see from our room. She was also keeping an eye on the parking lot surrounding the motel with security cameras. The lobby was elegant and our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a nice breakfast the next morning. This facility exceeded our expectations and we certainly would stay here again!

Unfortunately, we were kept awake until midnight by children running and slamming doors in the room above us, but this wasn't the motel's fault.

The staff was very professional and very greeting with a smile the accommodations were excellent very comfy nice quiet rooms and just the overall value for your dollar is very Worth to stay I'll definitely be renting a room again when I go back to Vancouver for my softball tournaments out there

It was close to the Clark County fairgrounds. Easy to get to, close to a restaurant. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. The breakfast was good.

Mold in the bathtub and only one elevator. I wish on the weekends, breakfast was at 6 am.

The item that is a deal breaker for me and my family is to have a full size mirror in our room. Since they remodeled they have taken them out....it is important for us and this is the one item that will make us quit going to a hotel.

No full size mirror in our room! They brought one up the 2nd evening of our stay, but that is not the same....need a full size mirror by good lighting on the wall by it. With 3 ladies this is a MUST!

The property has convenient access to interstate highways. We had a room on the quiet side of the property. Breakfast was OK for this type of property. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The property is showing its age. Curtains had tears in them and the TV remote while working had some type of intermittent issue. Overall nothing was that big of an issue.

A little difficult to find hidden behind trees. Not in a location like we are familiar with athome. Normally, there out in the open. Signs are larger, but it seems like signs are not large here anywhere.

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.
