huge, comfortable room. fantastic huge breakfast. Walkable to sights, waterfront, farmers' market, downtown, cafes, shops, restaurants, and public transit. The B&B is on a quiet street a quarter of a block away from civic buildings and the commerce area. Free parking for a total of two cars available onsite. Great price. Immaculate. Warm hosts gave us good recommendations. The hosts ably solved every complication we threw their way with calmness, grace and hospitality.

make sure you get a room with an ensuite bathroom. We didn't realize when we booked that ours was a shared hall bathroom.

The location was perfect, next to the park/farmers market, and waterfront. Bed was really comfortable and everything we needed was provided, they even let us use their fridge with no questions asked. The highlight were the breakfasts: berries, granola, and vanilla yogurt waiting for you each day on the table when you come to the dinning room as the first course. The second course was always paired with bacon and egg. Quiche, croissant french toast, blueberry waffles, gingerbread pancakes with maple whipped cream, and German apple pancakes. Sallie and Ted were wonderful and engaging hosts, always there to help with useful tips and tricks to navigate the area.

We heard other guests moving around, which is expected due to it being an older house. We're just used to having more privacy in our other days.

The hosts are fantastic! Helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating, professional and fun! Breakfasts are gourmet delights! The area has much history, recreation, fine dining, and opportunities to enjoy nature and the river. Everything is within walking distance and our children live nearby.

We were fortunate to have warmish, dry weather. It wouldn't have been as pleasant if it had rained continuously. There's nothing to not like.

Sally and Ted were wonderful hosts. The history of the home and their efforts to bring it back to its original glory shine through!

Can find downtown in the flight path of PDX but not consistently and not all night, morning is when we heard it most. No fault of the host or the accommodations

Incredible hospitality, beautiful furnishings and went out of their way to make my stay amazing. Did extra things that I was not expecting and had some lovely conversations in the morning.

I didn't like that I had to leave after two nights. Needed more time there.

Breakfasts were delicious. We enjoyed talking with both Ted and Sallie and learning about the history of the house. Conveniently located to walk to the waterfront and many restaurants. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

The hosts are super friendly and helpful. Sallie steered us to a Thai restaurant and local sights. The breakfasts were delicious and personalized (tastes and portions were noted and adjusted the second morning). They had off street parking, and check in was a meet and greet. Our rooms were really sweet - just the perfect match for my mom's birthday trip! It was a birthday win as she loved the homey stay, and the chats with the hosts. Top it off with an adorable dog!

We did not mind any of the noise (you could hear airplanes and trains) but IF you are sensitive to noise - let them know so they can put you in an off street room. I would stay in the street side room we were in again!

Ted and Sallie are great hosts! They are very friendly and provide delicious breakfasts. Very attractive house. My room was large with a comfortable bed and Sallie arranged it so I had sole use of the bathroom across the hall (2 of the 4 rooms have ensuite). The B&B is located near (10 min walk) Vancouver's pretty waterfront (lots of restaurants and bars) and a 20-30 minute drive to Portland.

The breakfast was excellent, and the hosts were superb--super friendly, and forthcoming--a bed and breakfast that made us feel right at home.

The air was a bit stuffy in our room when we arrived. But no problem, we simply opened a window.

Friendly, welcoming innkeepers in a charming home in a very pleasant neighborhood. My room was very appealing and comfortable, breakfasts were a total pleasure, and the kitchen teakettle was always available whenever I wished to make myself a mug of tea.
