Non-smoking building!! Clean, airy design is nice. Staff polite.

Difficult to locate hotel. more signage would be useful. myroom on the first floor had gurgles from the rooms and/or maintenance room all day and night. Please include MSNBC in your cable package!! We need better than Fox for news. Breakfast was okay, and thanks for small fresh oranges. The packets of oatmeal, hot water, and coffee cups took more than my 6am brain to put together as a meal.The bedside lamps with power plugs were a relief, except had to be repositioned precariously to fit the cluggy power bricks I had (Apple).

I liked how easy the check-in and check-out process was. The staff was helpful with everything making it easy for us. A lot of the comments said there were a lot of homeless people in the parking lot. But they are wrong they have security on the property 24/7 and I feel safe on the property. At the gas station down the street, they are everywhere where but that's everywhere in Portland. Rooms were clean bed was a little stiff but we would stay here again. Everything is 10 to 20 minutes away would recommend staying here.

Although the staff were nice, and the property was very clean, at least when we got to the hotel and to the room. It is the Portland area, so there will be a lot of tweakers. And I’m not talking about inside the hotel. I’m talking about outside of the hotel. Other than that, the property was great.

The only thing I didn’t like was how simple the breakfast is and it should be like a better breakfast where you have actual server serve you and serve your real breakfast in the morning instead of just the basic stuff that they have other than that I think they can do better than that besides that.

The room was of generous size, immaculate, bed was comfortable, the kitchenette was well designed w/good appliances. The bathroom was a joy! The counter space was actually large enough to accommodate all the toiletries & the towels were sufficiently thick.

Barest, most minimal 'breakfast included' I've ever had! 3 containers of high sugar yogurt - no healthy, greek style; 2 kinds of cellophane wrapped super sugar, super processed muffins - how about bagels or english muffins or even bread to be toasted; the only creamer was heavily sweetened - maybe have some plain half & half?

Nearly new when we stayed in October 2024. Everything sparkled. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly, seemed to be learning the ropes --- had to make three trips to the desk in order to get a complete kitchen "kit." Great value at the rate we paid for the first night. (Second night was much more expensive --- would have been better to re-book a room.)

There was no table in the room where two people could sit and share a meal. The exhaust fan over the stove didn't do much: we had the smell of breakfast's frying bacon for two days. Area around the hotel is pretty sad.

The level of cleanliness was excellent! Water pressure was excellent in the shower and the water gets piping HOT!!!!! A/C unit operates perfectly.

The only thing I couldn’t understand is why there isn’t cookware , dinnerware, eating, and cooking utensils provided in the kitchenette? The hotels that I’ve stayed at that offered kitchenettes are stocked with a few plates, glasses, forks, skillets , and pots. Sketchy location. Homeless people camp out at the nearby Chevron.

The clean room and comfy beds and good security for your cars parked at the hotel. It was the cheapest option for me to stay at.

Outside of the property too many homeless people on drugs not safe for kids or women to be out on their own. This is the biggest issue of this place unfortunately and it’s not the hotels fault but it does affect their surveys. Breakfast is not the best. It could be better

The hotel was a good location for the places I intended to visit during my stay in Portland, being less than 20 minutes away. The value of the hotel is exceptional considering all that's included (free parking, free wifi, and a kitchenette) at such a low price.

Checking in took a bit longer than I would have liked, though it was nothing egregious. The bed was firmer than what I'm used to sleeping on.

They are remodeling and clean. Worker keep arouand area they working area clean well organized. Plus they make little noise and still aa guest still can sleep. They have refrigeration unit with freezer. To TV dinners, ice cream and other frozen food. Plus juice and soda, teas etc. Plus they carry some toiletries and hair products. Allow pets too. Plus they provide a picnic table down at east end of property. Large size beds too - Lots of Hot water. Amazon is behind them but not noisy. They have Burger King near by plus Shari's too. They got Dollar Tree, a Marina Supple store down the street plus Lowe's.

No safety bars in bathrooms

Thank you Jessica at the front desk she was so sweet and made us feel safe as girls traveling alone. There was a lot of homeless at gas station and Burger King but they did not really seem to come inside the gates of this hotel parking lot. It was fine for the price not a great breakfast selection but you get what you pay for lol
