Staff and security was wonderful. They made us feel welcome secure and valued. With a very small sensitive service dog to walk. Especially in the dark can be uncomfortable. There was a security person watching to be sure we were safe out in the dark. In a time of shooting's and senseless violence this is no small thing to a elderly woman. A clean hotel is expected, a comfortable room with good coffee also an expectation. but excellent staff and security are priceless.

The gentleman that works evening mainly gos above and beyond for the guests at this location. He is always smiling always positive and even gos out of his way to accommodate some of the older folks issue of having to get a good meal. This gentleman took time from his work break to run down and get some of the guests a nice dinner. Pleasure to stay there and credit 89% to this front desk staff member. Keeo up the good work

The employees were friendly and very respectful. I think if anyone is traveling thru Portland and VANCOUVER and need somewhere to lay your head , you should go to RODEWAY INN AT JANTZEN BEACH.

There really isn't anything I didn't like

The bed was nice and big, the staff was friendly and helpful. If we needed anything they got it for us, if we needed help finding anything they gave us directions on where to go even if they didn't know the area very well

The refergierater wouldn't keep anything cool, the bathroom had 4 light bulbs that didn't work

Even though it’s an older property it is well maintained. The bed was perfect!! Sleeping was my primary objective for staying there.

Very old carpet but it didn’t smell and the room was clean and nice.

Only one lady working the front desk on a busy night. I didn’t catch her name but she was very sweet. Made check in super easy and gave us extra coffee for our room. The view from our room was also beautiful, we spent lots of time on the patio. Will definitely be back!

close to where I needed to be, loved Boomers across the street and was decent size rooms

could use a bit more cleaning outside like power washing outside end stairs etc.

Comfortable environment and nice rooms.

That there was nothing for disabled veterans at your establishment. I was placed in a room on the second floor regardless that I walked in with a cane and my license which I was asked to display had the words disabled veterans wrote out in bold letters.

The staff was super especially Jazmine who was like a concierge and hotel manager all rolled into one

The only thing I can complain about was the area itself although it on the banks of the mighty Columbia river was a bit run down as are a lot of things theese days ! But to no fault of the hotel.

The room was nice and spacious.

The seat in the shower was not properly bracketed to the wall. The room was also cold and dim upon check-in.
