Breakfast was fresh and had a wide selection. Location was good, very quiet, yet walking distance to all stores.

Breakfast was great. The price was okay. The staff was sweet and took care of their customers. It was easy to park. I liked the nearby shopping.

The pictures on booking.com showing a sauna were misleading! There was NO SAUNA, and that was the number one reason why I kept that reservation and didn't go with a hotel that offered studios with a kitchen around the same price point. There was no compensation for the misleading photos. After-hours food options were somewhat limited. Having two Holiday Inns off of the same exit caused confusion for food delivery services and check-in.

Staff is nice, location is convenient, there's target 2 mins drive away makes it so easy to get what you need. Also it's between Oregon and Washington so you can visit both at the same time

There was a group of people screaming in the parking lot at 2am Sunday morning. Not sure where they came from but next door the trailer park was having a party. Also there's a guy fixes his truck in the parking lot for the entire day like it's his garage. What was that? Just so many random people hanging around in the parking lot. It's not the facility's fault but you probably should hire a security walk around to ask them off the property=(

The hotel was clean and comfortable; the hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The Anchor Bar was a decent place to go to watch sports and have a couple of drinks with decent bar food and friendly staff.

Hayden Island/Janzen Beach has a weird, post-apocalyptic vibe. It is not a destination - basically it's an RV & mobile home park with a mall that has many of the shops closed. Hayden Island is in between Vancouver and Portland so you can stay at the Holiday Inn, but you should plan to spend the day elsewhere and make sure to lock your vehicle at night.

We had a great experience at the hotel. It’s located on an island, close to a shopping mall. Close to I-5 highway. The room was cleaned frequently, and the staff was very kind and supportive. We especially appreciated the attention from Gordon, the general manager. The hotel also has a gym and a guest laundry facility.

Only details. Broken toilet switch. Blinds were not working in my room. I believe it was just a bad luck. believe it was just a bad luck.
