It was right on the river and a good location for us, with our kids across river in Vancouver. On site parking. Nicely appointed rooms, with M/W and fridge, big screen TV.

Bar closed earlier than told at check in and nothing close by as alternative. Parking was not free. Breakfast (“included with room” but upcharge over non-breakfast room) didn’t have much choice - not a buffet (which we didn’t want/need) but more choice than either A or B would have been nicer.

I stay at this particular hotel every month for work. After my stay last month which was the worst in almost four years, I was ready to change my hotel preference. Colleen was excellent. She put me in an awesome room that had a view of the river and was quiet. She more than made up for my last stay and would recommend her for any customer service concerns for your company.

This was the best experience I have had with hotel staff in years. Every single person, from the baristas to the front desk staff to the maintenance person to the maids were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The place was clean and quiet, it has nice views of the water, it's close to I-5 and is reasonably priced for what you get. Great breakfasts! Overall a great stay, we will be back.

Too close to the airport. I kept hearing planes taking off all day.

Excellent, friendly staff. The manager greeted me. All of the bistro staff were very nice. The maintenance person even helped me find a tiny screwdriver to fix my child's toy. The location along the river is beautiful. There's a firepit and fountain outside and a walking trail. It's close to Jantzen Beach shopping - just avoid rush hours.

The pool was out of service for one day due to a burst pipe, but they fixed it surprisingly quickly.

The property was clean. Enjoyed a quiet night at courtyard which was beautiful facing the Columbia river. The room was spacious.

Parking garage is under the hotel. There are also condominiums and hotels right next to the hotel on a small narrow street.

Beautiful patio and stunning view and location. Rooms were clean comfortable and up to date. Nice beds and linens. Pool was awesome!

Had to pay to park in the hotels garage ( no other parking was offered or available) which considering the price of the room I felt should have included a place to park.

I was disappointed with the lack of housekeeping even though we stayed 5 nights. The hotel could up the quality of TP 🤪

The outdoor patio and view was great, and our bartender Wynter was awesome!!! Food was terrific and had a good vibe.

I don’t know if i booked an accessible room, but that’s what we ended up with. Not that it was bad but the shower made a mess and left the floor really slippery with the excess water.

High security made me feel safe in this location. As a woman traveling alone, I appreciated the multiple security levels.

Railing and materials on balcony were very noisy (blowing around in the wind) in the middle of the night.
