The hotel is locating in a great place, where you can see the beautiful river. The fresh air is also makes your stay fabulous. The hotel is fabulous with its clean room, the nice and friendly staff and delicious breakfast and dinner menus. I can recommend other people to stay in this hotel, when you will travel to Portland, Oregon.

There is some spider webs in some points of the balcony door (from outside part) and handrails of it. These parts must be periodically cleaned, which it was during my stay. So, I have asked reception and nice cleaning ladies to clean it, they immediately have done it. This can be main point which you have to do for avoiding the expansion of webs to other parts of room.

Fantastic views, access to dock, balconies, great pool with a lovely temperature. The hot tub was essential and very nice. All right on the river. The restaurant was fantastic! We paid at booking to add breakfast and it was amazing. Full menu and cooked to order. The breakfast burritos, waffles, poached eggs, and omelets were all really top notch. And we chose to eat dinner there both nights as well! The French dip, Mediterranean salad, salmon, caprese and fries were all very delicious! The lemon water in the lobby was an extra nice touch. We really appreciated it. The place feels very welcoming and we would definitely stay here again. Also convenient access to target for any essentials. The staff was extremely attentive. If we needed anything at all, they came immediately! Best service we have had in a decade at hotels! Well done.

Great food! Super helpful and friendly staff! Spacious and well cleaned room, and well set up for a family of four. Amazing pool, we came for a “staycation pool vacation” as we live in Portland but wanted a vacation with a pool. We had so much fun in the pool!

More signage in the hotel would be nice, it was a little hard to find our way around (elevator, ice, and pool access). Looked like a little mold on the tiling around the bathtub. Would be nice to have the option of a breakfast buffet as the restaurant took a long time for all our meals, but the food was excellent! Maybe if there was a way to put in our food orders online or over the phone and get an ETA so we wouldn’t have to wait so long?

Super comfortable bed - mattress, bedding, and pillows were all fantastic! Loved the rolling table, and the chairs in the room. I liked the hooks on the wall. Liquid hand soap and lotion dispensers by bathroom sink were great, Minifridge was quiet. Room location and general set-up in hallways, with windows at the end of hall, very nice. Loved overlooking the pool and river. Ordered ceasar salad to take up to my room - the food, price, and restaurant service - all great. I appreciated being able to pay a reasonable price for a small salad instead of feeling ripped off, and it was delicious.

Water pressure in the shower was not very strong. Water temp didn't get as hot as I would have liked for a shower.

The room was large, with a private bathroom, a wonderful view of the river. Great food at the restaurant.

I would have given a higher rating with the service at the bar. My mom and I ordered a ceasar salad to go. We sat on the side of the bar. Lady said 15 minutes when it would be ready. We waited and waited, while this bartender was chating it up with a male customer. After 30 minutes, I got up and stood by the bar. She saw me and looked surprised and said, "Oh shit. You're so quiet and didn't know where you were. Clearly visible on the side if someone was looking. The place had one person at the bar. Took the food and left while the customer and the bartender laughed. Horrible ignorant service.

Beautiful location on Hayden Island with the river walk and Columbia River view. Tranquil location and close to airport, nearby restaurants and shops etc, or crossing the bridge into Washington State and the cute little town of Vancouver WA. We walked to the Island Cafe on Hayden and had a good dinner of fish and chips in a Jimmy Buffet style vibe. Super cool.

I loved the location and our room was small but nice. I really enjoyed the balcony.

I have been to many hotels with my dog and I wish that if a hotel says they are pet friendly that the pets are welcomed every where especially if you don't want them left alone in the room. It makes it hard to enjoy the restaurant. Maybe add a dog friendly balcony or section at the restaurant. Also you really need to get the spider webs cleaned off the balconies as I walked around I noticed it was not just ours.

We love this hotel! It's our go to when we travel through Portland. It's right off I-5, conveniently located, clean, large room and a DREAMY bed to melt into. Great water pressure for a nice shower. Balcony with a beautiful view of the Columbia River and swimming pool area. Delicious restaurant, friendly staff and nice greeting at the front desk. FREE parking close to your room entrance with parking lot security!! The whole package for a great stay😀

The front desk and restaurant staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were big, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were adequate amenities. Housekeeping staff was quick and good. The location was nice, right on the river. Sadly the weather was cold and rainy when we were there so we didn't have a chance to enjoy the view very much. We paid the extra for breakfast which allowed us to order off the full menu for no additional charge. That was a nice surprise. Also parking was ample and convenient.

The bathroom amenities could have been slightly higher quality, but they were fine. I have no other suggestion.

The view and location. It was amazing . The rooms were comfortable and big.

The heat . There is not air conditioning in the hallways . Big spiders in doorways. Also staff for check in was the nicest I’ve ever interacted with. But the next morning g , rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with. Put me off from grabbing breakfast. She was so rude and unhelpful.
