This was a lovely hotel, and the staff were helpful. The room was large, new and very modern. Great bathroom with a rain shower - very nice room. Location was fabulous. Close to the river, and some amazing restaurants to choose from for cocktails, dinner and brunch. Also, very walkable to the old town of Vancouver.

Its quite a noisy area, with lots of people and cars. The hotel does provide ear plugs, so it is clearly aware of the noise issue. Not a cheap stay, but you get what you pay for.

Enjoyed the location, the room was clean. Bathroom amenities were very nice. The windows opened so freash air could be let in. Nice to have the coffee bar and mini-fridge. The Hotel was attractive. The coffee shop was a great touch. The check-in and departure were efficient. The valet staff were very attentive.

There is only was occasional chair which makes it awkward for a couple. The floor was cold, the placement of the large rug was under the bed rather than where the one seat was located. The luggage rack was broken, but was replaced quickly. The restaurant on the ground floor was very expensive and the rooftop lounge had a great view, the staff were helpful but the limited menu was a drawback. The food choices and quality need improvement.

It is a beautiful hotel that is tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable. We asked for a microwave and one was brought to us free of charge. We loved the waterfront location and it is very walkable to the convenience store, Farmer's Market and restaurants/bars. Felt extremely safe.

We were not sure if daily housekeeping was offered as it was not explained at check in. The first morning, housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am and they didn't speak English so we asked for some towels. The second day, housekeeping did not come and the front desk explained we had to request it. We never made a request and housekeeping showed up on the first morning? Our waste baskets were full and it would have been nice to be emptied during our stay.

Hotel is not too big. Staff is super nice and helpful. Convenience with valet parking, multiple dining options on site, and walking distance to Esther Short Park, shopping, etc.

All of the bedding is made of synthetic materials. Synthetic materials are not breathable and we sweat all night, waking up multiple times. Needless to say, we were lacking sleep on our wedding day. The bathroom lighting is dim and not suitable for applying cosmetics...especially for my wedding day.

Very clean and modern. Great staff. Comfy bed.

One of the main entrance doors doesn’t open after late evening and there is no clear sign that states that I had to go around the block to the other door. Kept trying my room key to open the door, finally called front desk to finally let me in.

Location of course; then a great coffee bar inside hotel & a super restaurant & bar ( El Gaucho) rooftop bar really cool but the music was awful. My main complaint was that the toilets flush like a 747 taking off. You wake up your partner in the night when you flush: & also you can hear the flushes nearby your room.. its pretty bad🥵 Dont know what to do to fix it: but its a big flaw…

13 coins restaurant, we ate there for dinner and breakfast the following morning. Both were excellent!

There is no parking at the hotel, and they charge $45 for valet parking. Overnight parking in a parking garage is only a few blocks away, so this was fine being its summer season, but during the long rainy season in Vancouver, WA this would be very unfortunate.

Newer hotel and loved the fanciness of the hotel on a Saturday night. Nice room a nice change from the typical hotel room. Was right in the middle of the waterfront area. Gina from valet was so nice and gave us great advice.

In regards to the 2 queen bed rooms they should have some with a waterfront view. A pool could have been nice. Not enough live entertainment. Should bring in some bands for the area

Andrian at the front Desk was great , he's a keeper and the Wine tasting on the 3rd floor was a nice perk !

Alittle noisy with trains ,planes but not automobiles but parking was expensive so we tried the new parking garage down the street and it was $20 cheaper !

Great location, comfy beds and nice rooms. Easy to walk along the water, very pretty and nice views and restaurants all around.

Parking expensive overnight at $45. My room was on the end with two walls outside, so I could hear a lot of street noise and trains. Not much shopping or coffee shops yet, but after the big structure is open in 2024, there will be more.
