We were very pleased with both the service and the food. We especially appreciated the manager making a place for us for Valentine's Day dinner. They managed to find us a table at 5pm.

For future hotel construction: If you have a handicap room (which we had), it should not be the farthest room from the elevator. It was very difficult for me to walk that distance every time we left or returned to the room.

Convenient location to the event I was attending.

A microwave in the room. Difficult for individuals using a walker. crutches, or wheelchair, or COPD. to have to navigate to a location far from their room to use a microwave. Granted, not everyone with a disability is traveling alone. Very glad there was a bar in the bathtub to hold on too.

We love the Hilton Vancouver Hotel because its centrally located in adorable old town Vancouver across from Ester Short Park with various entertainment events from concerts to farmers markets. Love the restaurant menu options, swimming pool, great customer service, lobby sitting area, coffee shop, valet parking and so much more.

The hotel was conveniently located across the street from the Vancouver Wine & Jazz festival. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant and bar with excellent food and the best employees! The hotel provides room service for in-room meals. The security is great and we felt safe. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking is available (per day charge) and easily accessed from the lower level garage. The location of the hotel is in walking distance to restaurants and the waterfront. We never had to drive during our 3 night stay. The hotel staff are courteous and polite and promptly attended to our service requests. Although the hotel room had a coffee pot and complimentary coffee pods, there is a small coffee shop/kiosk on the lobby level selling coffee, snacks, other refreshments.

We have no complaints. Our only recommendations to management: install air vents in the bathrooms, include a small microwave in the rooms, and provide complimentary iced water dispenser in the lobby.

The location is fantastic - close to the waterfront and across the street from a beautiful park. There are plenty of sightseeing and restaurant options within walking distance. Grays Restaurant and Bar at the hotel has delicious food and friendly staff.

The exterior HVAC equipment is quite loud and could be heard constantly in my room. Recommend not staying on the west side of the hotel if you are sensitive to noise.

I love the location to downtown Vancouver, the waterfront and ease to check in/check out. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Booked through booking.com; Hilton kept charging my credit card even though i prepaid. Had to reach out a few times to make sure it wasn’t another charge. Bathroom is very outdated, need to update to compete with other hotels!!

Loved the location, the staff was really nice, the room was spacious, amenities were very clean. The farmers market and park were directly across the street and waterfront was only a 8 min walk!

I wish they would have told me where the extra linens and pillows were hidden lol we found the pull out couch cover on our last night so the 1st night the pull out bed was hard lol

Nice staff. Very clean. Nicely appointed. Very vibrant town: El Gaucho, 13 Coins, beautiful riverfront with wine bars and restaurants. Saturday a d Sunday market is great and nearby.

Car and plane noise but bearable

We were there for a family wedding. The staff accommodated an early check in so we could change clothes before a dinner event. The location is near many great restaurants

The $37 parking fee

Nice upscale hotel centrally located in downtown Vancouver and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the waterfront, and other events and activities like the farmers market and the wine & jazz festival at the park which is across the street from the hotel. Nice indoor pool. Lovely restaurant serving great food; breakfast, lunch and dinner and a bar is directly adjacent to this hotel. Very nice restaurant staff. Starbucks coffee shop is located in the lobby area. Great security all around the building as well as in the garage. We felt very safe in this hotel. Everything was nice and clean. Nice hotel staff, and they were very accommodating. Easy access to the freeway.

Nightly rate is pricey and you have to pay $29 per day to park in the underground garage.
