The staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean. It didn't really have the feel of a hotel room - it was much more welcoming. It was our wedding night - there was a congratulations card, a bottle of wine and a room upgrade unexpectedly waiting for us when we got there. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was nice - maybe a little nicer than others I've been to.

Guests were smoking in the seating area right at the entrance to the building. In Oregon, it should be at least 15 feet away from the entry. It would be nice if you made an area that could accommodate smokers while also protecting the health of others. Also - it stank of smoke in the lobby- the only unwelcoming part of this visit.

Residence is a no frills but fully adequate service level combined with a very high standard environment overall. I much prefer it to the more common bustling hotels with busy lobbies and lots of noise. Also there was no smell of recreational drugs, which is refreshing in the Portland area. The rooms are mini apartments. You could cook a meal if you wanted to and there is loads of space. Far superior to the usual hotel room where the beds take up all the space.

Breakfast on day one was better because they had the granola bar. On day two they ran out of bowls. I was confused at first as to how to get into the hotel. It is locked at all times. You just have to knock on the glass door. After that you can use your room key. Not an issue once you know what to do.

The chef that managed the breakfast bar was so helpful! I have stayed at many hotels and the breakfast buffet always has empty trays. Tia or Tanya was on top of everything and was incredibly friendly when I had a couple questions. Kudus to her to take pride in her work and provide exceptional customer service!

Breakfast was simple but great. I liked staying on the ground floor. Very peaceful. The rooms are appartments so superior to a conventional hotel. Much more like a home from home.

There was a smell of marijuana in the lobby. Call me old fashioned, but I don't like that. The coffee was not as good as usual. I was waiting outside for five minutes before a member of staff appeared to let me in. This makes for a very quite hotel but it would be better if they had an app or code based access system.

THE STAFF is amazing & deserves a raise !! beds are nice really comfortable my back felt amazing in the morning. Breakfast is nice to have

All the construction is hard to navigate when your a visitor. But was easy to find with GPS. The price I paid was kinda like WOW that is steep , but I was will to pay as I know you guys have nice beds and a breakfast and we had along ride home the following morning.

we needed a handicapped room and we were given an upgrade. we needed a king size bed and handicapped bathroom but to accommodate both we had been given a two bedroom with a queen size bed with a handicapped bathroom and the king sized bedroom had the usual bathroom.

I had surgery the day after our arrival and the seating in the rooms did not take handicapped accessibility into account. A chair with sturdy arms would have been very appreciated! There was a lot of street racing near the property and nights were noisy.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, Especially Abraham Rivkin at the front desk and Thomas who we saw regularly keeping the grounds clean.

Construction next door, not hotel’s fault but garbage pickup at 6am on Monday morning woke us up. City needs to use better manners

The two room suite was so spacious. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The kids loved the basketball court! And the breakfast was EXCELLENT!

You could tell the pool chemicals were off. Water really cloudy.

The breakfast was pretty good I did not expect all what they had was pleased.

Parking should be free didn't like if you did didn't pay for parking you have to find somewhere on the street to park which there was like parking garage.

We really liked the laid out of the 2 bedroom suite, easy check-in, and it was cleaned.
