The location was perfect for the travelling I was engaged in, right off the highway and easy to find. I got a choice of ground floor and 1st floor rooms. Parking was very convenient. The bed was very comfortable, the heating functional and easy to use. The staff were pleasant and efficient.

Free Breakfast? Not really, just a few snacks laid out. Also had problems with the Wi-fi. It was difficult to read the terms & conditions on the screen and it required a guess as to where they box to check that you'd read them might be. If did finally work but not after considerable consternation. There was no bathtub drain plug. I was really looking forward to relaxing in that lovely wide tub after a full days driving in oppressive heat, but it was not to be. Oh, and there was not much water pressure as I remember, which made for a long, inefficient shower.

This is our 2nd stay in the past two months and both have been very good. Each stay was on a different floor in different areas of the motel and we were very pleased both times. The room was quite spacious, clean and well maintained. The Grab n Go breakfasts were a treat. Muffin, breakfast sandwich, yogurt and a granola bar. There was also instant oatmeal and fruit, along with coffee available. While the location looks like it will be noisy, it was very quiet for sleeping for both of us. For the price, it was well worth every penny. If yo are looking for a five star motel, you need to pay for it. If yo want a place clean, comfortable and affordable, this is the one to stay at.

People not cleaning up after their dogs, but that isn't the fault of the motel. We see this everywhere we stay. We try to make it a point to clean up after other people's dogs since we travel with our own dogs.

I enjoyed the super comfy bed and pillows the breakfest in the morning helped alot thanks for that I really appreciate the food a must go to for a nice relaxing stay safe area lots of food around to choose from.

No complaints everything was very clean and organized... wish the sauna and pool was open tho woukd be cool to enjoy that but hopefully soon we can enjoy

Location was great. Breakfast was disappointing. Room was comfortable.

Children running up and down hallways all day into the night. Children also pounding on walls and stomping on the second floor floors. Hard to sleep with this going on.

Prepacked is a time saver. A good variety of food to eat. Thank you

Loud guests in the next room. I heard a woman shouting “help, help I can’t breathe” so I called the hotel front desk from my room to report incident. The issue was resolved promptly and I felt safer after the resolution. Red Lion Hotel is very responsive to guest needs.

Very nice location . But the driveway is little hidden so little hard to find . Should have a sign on the driveway with address especially at night and those who are not from Washington.

Old smell inside the building which is very unpleasant but my room was excellent. Little issue with the shower as we couldn’t shower at night . Was replaced next day

There are lots of businesses close by, we used the Urgent care across the street. Rooms are big.

I don’t like the joining rooms for the noise level coming through. We put towels and our suit case across the bottom of the door, that helps some. Walls are thin.

Staff was easy to deal with no issues even though my best friend and I were kinda staying at same place our dogs together were cray but I never heard a peep outta staff about our pups acting out if they did

Comfortable majority of people staying there all friendly and kind including staff

The staff was great. Super accommodating and friendly. The breakfast included was an added perk. Conveniently close to Cascades amphitheater. Beds were super comfortable and we had a great sleep.

I liked that it was close to everything. Definitely will be back again probably best place I've stayed in that area for the price i paid.

I didn't like the fact the kitchen had no pots pans or utensils and had to go buy my own even tho it's advertised as a fully equipped kitchen.
