Staff members were Very friendly, the hotel room was huge and very comfortable, nice terrace even though I got no views and the breakfast was superb

A long walk to city center, not bad as it is all flat, but the thing is as there is no shoppings nor water fountains as it is an area for hotels and apartments. There is not much sun to warm up the pool, so by 5 PM the water is already cold despite being nearly 40 degrees outside, also is windy, I try dinner despite the food being tasty in flavour, everything despite the steak prepared at time was cold, so it was disappointing for this brand hotel

Shower gel and shampoo were awesome. Two comfy double beds - so great, could not imagine before. Large room. Had both jacuzzi bath and shower. Nice stylish light installation in the wall. Very quiet Powerful AC. Nice terrace. Personal omlette and/or pancake can be prepared for the breakfast

Bad smell of tobacco smoke mixed with mould that is all thru the room makes me never return. This smell also gave a feeling that room is not clean enough (sure it was, but the smell), and jacuzzi is useless when there is such a feeling. This hotel is like a mini branch of a playa hotel, and most of facilities are there - parking, rooftop bar etc. Location - did not make to feel safe for the car to leave on the street. PS. Unfortunately there are too many cases with tobacco in the region despite the non-smoking policy, and this was not the worst case.

It is a decent and reasonably costing hotel in the tiny resort town and tourist destination Vinaròs. The location is good: It's not very far from the Vinaròs train station. If you feel lazy to walk, you can take a taxi for a short ride too. It's also close to the main beaches, landmarks of the city, and the downtown area with markets and restaurants within walking distance. The staff treated me nicely and most of them could speak English well enough. My room was much bigger than I expected and had two very large and comfortable beds. The bathroom was so bright and full of good-quality amenities. (Jacuzzi was a good detail even though I didn't use it.) The A/C was working perfectly. The breakfast and dinner services were absolutely beyond my expectations. Attention was paid to making up the room every day. The Wi-Fi connection was hassle-free as well.

Vinaròs is already a tiny city with limited shopping facilities and all restaurants around the hotel are closed before the night. Taking this fact into account, the hotel's bar and snack bar services are over somewhat early in my opinion. Furthermore, in the room, you could have put a kettle tray set with tea and/or coffee along with milk and sugar. There could be more towels in the bathroom and the glass separator of the shower should be larger. There was also a bed smell in the room, like dampness/moisture, especially on the first day.

Room size, comfort & cleanliness. The staff were very polite, helpful & professional. The staff were very friendly & helpful - especially in reception The breakfasts were consistently good with a range of different food groups.

There is nothing to dislike - the hotel was excellent & peaceful.

Spacious room with two large beds, no problem with storing bikes at 24/7 reception (stay in beginning of the May). Parking was free at street (but I imagine during prime time is hard to find a spot). Breakfast was good. We stayed only one night, but I can imagine longer stay in this hotel (the city not so much).

Staff were friendly, very helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was very good. Coffee was fabulous. Pool area & inside bar were clean & comfortable. The rooms were big, the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were great (shower & spa bath) and room service was very prompt & thorough. The parking garage was under the Playa hotel right next door, easily accessible by elevator. The underground garages are built for smaller vehicles, not larger ones. Very easy to catch a curb or clip a wall with a larger car/SUV. No more than a 10 minute stroll from the ocean front where the restaurants & bars are. Just a minute or so from the town (shops & ATMs). Quiet at night. No kids running around.. We'll be back.

The pool was a little cool (wasn't heated) but was still OK in September (being fussy here).

It was clean, spacious and very efficient. The breakfast offered an excellent choice of options.

I have no criticism

The room was very nice, clean and well prepared the beds were large and comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped with toiletries for our use. Breakfast offered all the choices, from cold cutlets to scrambled eggs with sausage and bacon. Although they could have been a bit hotter on the serving trays. Over all a nice experience!

Access to parking was very tight and difficult both entering and exiting. As mentioned above, breakfast could have been hotter.

Almost everything was good. Very smart room, much too big for a single person (4 could have slept there!). Everything seemed to be brand new.

The WiFi would only work if I allowed marketing to my email address.
