Very good value. We had a privilege suite and it was wonderful. Walk into a full dining table and chairs, then onto a lounge area with sofa and tv with desk leading onto a balcony with furniture. Dressing area with wardrobes. Bathroom with full bath, separate shower and separate toilet and bidet. Bedroom with lovely proper sturdy wooden matching furniture. Our twin beds were two full sized doubles. Sparkling wine and chocs left on dining table. And bath robes and slippers. Towels galore. Bed turn down service and evening towel change. Choice of dining options. Food great. Several bars and dining options although not all were open when we were there in April (but after Easter so should be in full swing) Easy to find. Secure good sized bays underground parking. Fenced open parking across the road. Staff really pleasant and helpful.

Amazing facilities. Large hotel and bustling even in December. Great location facing the sea. Nice rooms with large bathrooms with bath and shower making it perfect for families.

Lack of food options when you arrive in the evening. The only option was a sit down restaurant and at 32€ per head it seemed very expensive when we just needed something simple for our tired 3 year old. Even the reception team said it was expensive and recommended we give it a miss. However there was NOTHING else nearby that was open. Had to drive to the nearest McDonalds which was not pleasant. We used this hotel as a stop over point on our way to Port Adventura and for that purpose it was ideal. The underground parking garage is very tight and 13€ per night.

Large room very clean and nice bathroom. Spacious hotel with beautiful pool. Reasonable prices for drinks and very good service. Very spanish orientated and lovely atmosphere.

Buffet was chaotic having to wait to get in. They operate a sitting system either early or late. No information provided about booking other restaurants which appeared to have to be done at 11 am in the morning. Supposed to be on the app but no opening times. Sandwich at the beach and pool bar very basic and €5. Otherwise drinks prices ok.

I like the situation of the hotel - just in front of the sea

The breakfast was one and the same all the time. The variety of the the food was very limited - only eggs, two types of sausages and beckon. But the great disadvantage of the hotel is the poor quality of Wi-Fi. I have to go near the reception to be able to connect to Internet. The other think that I didn't like was the noise of the shows which started around seven o'clock in the evening and finished at 12 p.m. The music is too loud and is heard very loudly in the rooms facing the pool

We had a great deal to stay there for a night. The weather was crap because of the big storm over the country so we couldn't really enjoy the facilities but for our needs the room was nice and comfortable. We paid 13€ for a parking spot in the garage and could charge our car for 0.3€/ kWh, which was appreciated. Breakfast included was average but again we stayed for one night only so for us it was good enough. There are a few amenities available for kids. The hotel is right by the beach.

The location. You need to take the car wherever you go as there is nothing around. Sure you can stay there on full board but the buffet restaurant is not so pleasant (set-up, atmosphere) and the food is really average.

The suite was lovely, very spacious with a mini fridge and a small balcony, with side sea views. The spa was large and not over crowded. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. The swimming pool looked good (but unfortunately it was closed as our visit was out of season).

We had up graded to all inclusive but we may have been better eating out. The food in the buffet was passable. There were two themed restaurants open. The French/seafood restaurant was nice but the Italy wasn’t very good.

We booked a superior suite on a half board basis and were amazed at the lovely accommodation. Also it was a very nice surprise to find a complimentary bottle of Cava and chocolates on our arrival. We will certainly stay here again!

The actual address of the Hotel is not very helpful when arriving by car as it brings you to the wrong side of the property. Perhaps the hotel could give the address for the other side?

The hotel was clean and comfortable and right next to the beach. It has a nice swimmimg pool and some activities. The staff was kind and helpful.

It was a bit complicated to do some things. To book a restaurant past the reservation time it was impossible. To rent some golf clubs. Everything has to be reserved ahead of time.

This was a great stop off point for us when driving from Almeria area to France. The hotel is right on the beach so we could take an evening stroll when we arrived. The reception was very good from the car park concierge to the reception staff. They spoke good English. The room was spotlessly clean and very large as was the bathroom. The evening meal was excellent with lots of choices and plenty of fresh salads and fish cooked on the plancha. The house wine was delicious and good value. We slept really well in the huge beds. The shower power was excellent with loads of hot water! We would definitely stay there again.

We loved everything about this hotel. Amazing facilities.. The room was so stunning with the beach right out our window. This hotel has everything you would need. So clean, staff were very nice and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious!

I thought the pool was included with our stay. The outdoor pool was closed due to out of season which is obviously understanding.. But the indoor pool you need to book in and pay extra with the spa which is a little disappointing.. But it didn't ruin our holiday.. We had an amazing time here!
