Location was perfect, the suite we had was lovely…large terrace overlooked the bay…was even private to suntan! We had a great view, the only negative for us after a long day of travel, we only had minimal pressure, and temp fluctuations in the shower which was a little frustrating, so we learned quickly,to take our showers earlier, which was a simple fix for the rest of our time there. The stair climb I’m sure gave my 62 yr old butt a workout……only to be sabotaged by the included breakfasts which were very good!!!😉 I spent 30+ years in travel, so I have to say, I would absolutely stay here again. 👍👍👍

One of the best highlights of the Muva Hotel is the location. Just above the rocks with incredible view of the beach. Just close to the old city and the castle. And the restaurant is very nice

None. We did not feel any reason to not like of the hotel. Everything was perfect and, if possible, we pretend to back in a near future. Good value!

Fantastic location, a 5 minute walk from the castle entrance. Good water pressure. Good sized room and bathroom. If it had been sunny while I was there, the outdoor area of the restaurant/bar would have been amazing.

No elevator, although only 3 floors, so not so bad. Breakfast was okay, but some fruit or yoghurt would have been nice.

Location is excellent and the view over the ocean from the little balcony is superb. The beach bar downstairs is great.

The breakfast was very basic and there is only 1 standard option, no variety or choice. The hotel is in a restricted zone so it is not possible to drive up to the hotel to drop off luggage, we had to find the nearest car park and carry all our luggage for a couple of blocks. I might have missed it in the description of the hotel but I can't recall this being mentioned.

Location overlooking the sea, set against the citadel walls. Bed comfortable, lovely pillows. Room spotlessly clean. Breakfast served in the restaurant overlooking the sea. Good variety. All the staff were friendly. The receptionist spoke Spanish and excellent English Parking close by

No lift Bathrooms very narrow but powerful hot shower. No bidet Not enough power sockets in the room

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Beach bar in the basement, at beach level, was great and the drinks very good. Restaurant was good and had some interesting options. Breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks with fab pastry's and we left full on both days.

Staircase was a little dark and 'timed' lights in hallways were very short.

we had a fantastic view with a balcony looking out over the beach and sea, lovely.

On Fridays a Saturdays the beach club under the hotel was noisy but it would not put us off returning we would just bring ear plugs.

Our apartment with the sea view was really fantastic. If it wasn't only 1 night stay I could seat on the balcony for hours. The location of the hotel was also great for longer walks on the beach and visiting Peniscola castle. I also recommend the bar which is in the same building downstairs.

The location of the hotel is spectacular with the view of the beach and sea. Clean and fairly comfortable. Located above a restaurant with good food.

The hotel is a bit outdated and the shower is not comfortable with the temperature of the water going from very hot to cold every few seconds.

it was definitely the best place in all of Peñiscola  and the location right on the water was unforgettable. Ella was our hostess when we checked in and she was so lovely and beautiful and she worked so hard to take care of us.

I love how unique it was and that it was right on the water and you could literally walk out of the restaurant down the steps into the water also at the foot of an amazing castle. Where else in the world can you do that?
