The room was comfy and the bed was really great, I loved how hard the matracce was. the view is amazing! great value for money, we booked for around 70 euros per night. the receptionist was nice. everything you need for few days stay :)

the staff at the breakfast or drinking place were either "tired" or don't know, but one smile here and there would make the world better...... some mold in the bathroom/shower.

Brilliant location opposite a fabulous beach. Spotlessly maintained by friendly efficient staff. A modern well designed room with two balconies overlooking the sea. I have stayed on several occasions. The English speaking lady on reception was paticularly helpful and efficient.

Great hotel, beautiful views, great location, extra friendly staff, they haver a free luggage storage on the mezzanine floor and showers to use after the beach, amazing value for money when we stayed

Would be great if there were some basic kitchen amenities for guests to use

We did not have breakfast inclusive package but what we purchased separately was good.

We felt the service could have been a little quicker but possibly this was due to understaffing.

Fabulous location...in blue pay zone for parking.....free streets a few streets back.......Very clean room and modern bath room...think they all have walk in showers .. Ten euros for two sunbeds and parasol on lovely beach one minute walk away.......never crowded on beach which was good.. Lots of cafes and bars within a ten minute walk, beach shops,pharmacy and Spa shop too..... Great to have a small fridge in room..soap dispensers on sink and in shower, no shampoos, conditioners etc Good hairdryer ....

There are new photos on this week and if we had seen photos of the buffet breakfasts we would have paid for them for the four mornings we were there...instead we found a very friendly breakfast place 5 mins along the road......(direction Benicarlo )

I liked everything about hotel Hey. The décor inside and outside of the rooms was stylish and relaxing. Our room had a big terrace overlooking the sea with a rockchair, a bed, and a sofa with a coffee table. It was very comfortable. The entire staff at reception and cafe were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location in more quite part of Peniscola, yet still close to the centre (30 min walk), next to to beach. You have everything you need around. Although hotel does not have it’s own parking places you can find it close to it - either private parking or just on the street (recomend to pay via app). Staff is very helpful and friendly, deliscious breakfest and restaurant dishes. Room was spacious with excelent view on the see and promenade.

Restaurant could have longer kitchen working hours. Bad smell from the pipes in bathroom.

Kind and helpful staff, clean and nice room with beautiful view. Hotel is very close to the beach.

The only bad thing for us was internet connection. Unfortunately Wifi was terrible. It did not work in our room.

Amazing location, very clean and well decorated.

The café is comfortable and breakfast is good. Lunch is expensive for what it is. The pictures of the balconies are deceptive, they were really small in the rooms we had.

The only issue was the bar closed at 8 pm therefore on a wet night we needed to trail out in the rain .
