Nice hotel, nothing fancy but everything functioning perfectly (fridge, microwave, air conditioner) they should make it clearer that the kitchenette has no pots or cutlery or anything and you should bring anything you want to potentially use. I was only there for one night to break down a long trip so this was not a problem for me. I found everything easy, comfy, no fuss, brakfast nothing fancy either but satisfying and more than enough quantity, the pools looked so nice I was I was staying longer! And the staff were very friendly and helpful like if you want to park at the hotel you oay so they tell you where you can park elsewhere if you want (I stayed in th egaraje but anyway)

It´s a very touristy place, so there was noise outside until pretty late. I have to say it wasn't that bad that it wouldn't let you sleep. I could not turn off the light at the exceedingly nice balcony that I had, so I didn't sit there for fear of mosquitoes.

kind of a moldy smell in the galley kitchen works perfectly, you just have to ask for the cooking-things at the reception, which is i think you hygene reasons. (?) i had my own dishwasher soap, sponge etc with me so i was fine, if you count on getting everything it could be maybe disapointing

The rooms were large and comfortable. Unfortunately all the utensils had been removed since the pandemic but you could have them if requested. The swimming pools were very good - warm and clean. Parking was a bit pricey at 12€ a night. The buffet breakfast was ok but it would have been nice to have some hot food. The hotel was about a 15 minute walk to the town centre.

Very comfortable apartment with kitchenette with microwave. We watched T.V. channels with origional language. Housekeeping came in daily and did a great job with beds made. We slept well. Big new supermarket close by. We enjoyed our stay.

Safe out of order in our room, but offered a padlock to lock suitcases. 15 mins walk into centre of Pensicola and a flat route. Minor issue - no shelf in shower for gel and shampoo etc.

At first we were doubtful as it seemed a bit away from the main areas but it was a walk from both a Mercadona and the other way the beach cafes restaurants etc The pool was great The room was perfectly located We had drinks round the pool too Breakfast was good continental better than many we have had There were extra pillows We will likely stay again.

You have to ask for the kitchen utensils etc we didn't bother as had our own for the meals we planned and used microwave

Spacious, clean appartment with large roof terrace. Staff were very friendly. Paid parking was good. Breakfasts were satisfactory. Overall a good experience.

No provisión of towels for the pool. We would have happily paid for this service. No crockery nor cutlery in the appartment was frankly ridiculous. What’s the point of self catering appartments if you have to ask at reception every time you need kitchen equipment?I ended up buying disposable bowls in the supermarket!

The appartments was great. Big bedroom, big bathroom, and we even had a small balcony and a small patio/garden. Ideal for someone travelling with a small kid! The beach is also just 10min walking distance by just going straight down the road.

The kitchen has no utensils at all, but if I understood right you can ask reception for whatever you need to supply your kitchen. Not really a problem.

Excellent stay. This place has everything. Big apartment, good breakfast included, cats! Parking, excellent location, own balcony, 3pools, fitness room and everything one needs. Perfect! I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

All good, only the parking is impossible to enter or exit if you have a larger car (BMW X6) HOWEVER ! The very nice lady manager offered another parking garage, which was perhaps more easy to access and exit and ,in worst case to park in front of the hotel, where at the nightshift could watch the car in case needed 👍
