I was asked to pay extra fees (€20)for an early check in which is totally normal, but what i didn't like is that I had to pay extra fees (€9) for a river view room. There were no coffee and tea amenities in the room. Although the room was equipped with one extra pillow for each guest, they are very soft. So, eventually it was like i was sleeping without any pillows. Except for these, the staff were very friendly, they have a 24/7 front desk. The terrace is gorgeous.

The location is excellent with the hotel situated right by the Meuse river, giving you the opportunity to enjoy breakfast on the balcony with a view. The room was quite basic, there is a private bathroom, towels, a desk, closet and a TV. The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean.

The airco didn't really seem to work in our room and the mosquito net was installed in a weird way that left a huge hole for the insects to fly in. Also, the road next to the hotel is very noisy even at night, so earplugs are definitely recommended.

I have stayed here before. Nice location on the side of the river. Public pay (09:00-17:00) car park adjacent to hotel. Rooms are basic ibis, but comfortable. Breakfast was reasonable. The hotel is around a 15-minute walk to centre of town. The hotel is a good place to stay if travelling with your own vehicle. Parking in the town is quite difficult and the car park next to the hotel is ideal.

The hotel is located near the canal that provides this amazing view you can enjoy from the balcony especially when it's foggy outside and you're having breakfast. It's just MAGICAL! We didn't have to worry about restaurants being fully booked or finding the best spot to sit while drinks because of the crowd. We can do all that at the hotel! The hotel staffs are very patient and friendly too which is very welcoming! Thank you for the service!

The hotel is nice with great location. In addition, I was able to bring my dog for additional costa and most of the areas in the hotel are pet friendly.

The value for money for a dog didn’t make much sense to me to pay per night instead of stay as it didn’t include anything for the dog nor cleaning (hypoallergenic dog). But I was still happy to have the option for the dog to stay. Dogs are also not allowed on the breakfast area, but during the evening they are allowed in this very same area.

The bar was air-conditioned. The outside terrace overlooking the river was beautiful. Excellent breakfast, Our disabled pug was allowed in the restaurant. In fact, he was allowed everywhere. Very dog friendly hotel. Very friendly and hard-working staff

Didn't have a restaurant as advised. Just offer limited frozen pizza plus limited frozen dishes. At times, they ran out of both pizzas and frozen meal.

The hotel is 15’ walking from the station, not in the very center but near. It has good places to eat in the surroundings. Staff are very helpful and you can leave your luggage before the check-in and after the check-out in lockers they have in the basement

The room didn’t have kettle or any glass/cup, for me that’s essential in a hotel room. Also hand towel, they just provide big ones. This is not hotel’s fault but people have been really rude around waking us up in the middle of the night with so much noise on the corridors, you can hear everything.

The terrace overlooking the river is what makes this hotel one we return to. Having a drink in the late afternoon or having breakfast next to the river never fails to disappoint. It's also a good location for walking in to Dinant in under 10 minutes. Breakfast is good too.

On check-in, there was just one member of staff who had to check in several people and run the bar as well. Not acceptable and not fair on her.

Great location, only 10 mins walk to centre. Parking (free overnight - small charge during day) next to hotel or across the road or next to casino at same rate. Fairly basic room but perfectly adequate. Room had street view but looking up to the left it had a view of the Citadel as well. Clean, comfortable and good value.

Just a short stroll to the centre of the town where there are many bars and restaurants with a great atmosphere. Hotel is directly on the river Meuse and the rooms at the front have good views. Our room was at the back overlooking the carpark. Parking our motorbike directly at the front of the hotel was a bonus. Very clean room and an excellent shower. Storage is good; plenty of shelving.

Adequate facilities but no kettle/coffee/tea available. Plug sockets were limited to just 2 in the room, and those were not by the bed. There was no mains water available in the morning; this was beyond the hotel's control and was an issue in the town. However, on informing the front desk the staff were not very forthcoming in providing bottled water. Communication on when the water supply would be available was limited and we checked out of the hotel having not had any drinking water.
