We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and had a truly lovely experience. The room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared — the special surprise from the hotel made our stay even more memorable. The staff were warm and attentive, and the location was ideal. One of our favorite parts was the shared terrace with a beautiful view — a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

The only small thing we noticed was that a couple of the drink prices on the menu didn’t exactly match the final bill — just a minor difference, but still worth mentioning. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this place and would love to return. Thank you for helping make our celebration so special!

Location is very close to centre with a nice view surround the hotel, far enough from the nightlife so less noisy. Breakfast is good with a big variety. The room is very clean and shower it's really good.

Unfortunately not enough facilities on the room , like no water boiler, or coffee machine , no extra supplies or amenities like water or tea/coffee. And other thing there was no phone to call the reception if you need something or help.

I was asked to pay extra fees (€20)for an early check in which is totally normal, but what i didn't like is that I had to pay extra fees (€9) for a river view room. There were no coffee and tea amenities in the room. Although the room was equipped with one extra pillow for each guest, they are very soft. So, eventually it was like i was sleeping without any pillows. Except for these, the staff were very friendly, they have a 24/7 front desk. The terrace is gorgeous.

The location is excellent with the hotel situated right by the Meuse river, giving you the opportunity to enjoy breakfast on the balcony with a view. The room was quite basic, there is a private bathroom, towels, a desk, closet and a TV. The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean.

The airco didn't really seem to work in our room and the mosquito net was installed in a weird way that left a huge hole for the insects to fly in. Also, the road next to the hotel is very noisy even at night, so earplugs are definitely recommended.

Easy to locate, arrived on motorcycle 🏍, was advised where to park, costs 0.75 cents per hour, but I arrived at 16:30. Pleasant reception staff and staff throughout. Room airy & comfortable, lovely bathroom facilities & a comfortable bed. Nice sitting out on balcony with a pint after my shower 🚿. Quiet throughout night, even facing main road. Easy check out in morning.

A good standard, no-nonsense hotel in a good location when visiting Dinant. A short stroll along the river into the old town with easy access to bars, restaurants and parking. The public parking nearby was very busy when we arrived so, having secured a space, we left the car there for the duration of our two day visit. It's a walkable city. Room was small but comfortable. Pet friendly too.

I have stayed here before. Nice location on the side of the river. Public pay (09:00-17:00) car park adjacent to hotel. Rooms are basic ibis, but comfortable. Breakfast was reasonable. The hotel is around a 15-minute walk to centre of town. The hotel is a good place to stay if travelling with your own vehicle. Parking in the town is quite difficult and the car park next to the hotel is ideal.

The hotel is located near the canal that provides this amazing view you can enjoy from the balcony especially when it's foggy outside and you're having breakfast. It's just MAGICAL! We didn't have to worry about restaurants being fully booked or finding the best spot to sit while drinks because of the crowd. We can do all that at the hotel! The hotel staffs are very patient and friendly too which is very welcoming! Thank you for the service!

The hotel is nice with great location. In addition, I was able to bring my dog for additional costa and most of the areas in the hotel are pet friendly.

The value for money for a dog didn’t make much sense to me to pay per night instead of stay as it didn’t include anything for the dog nor cleaning (hypoallergenic dog). But I was still happy to have the option for the dog to stay. Dogs are also not allowed on the breakfast area, but during the evening they are allowed in this very same area.

The bar was air-conditioned. The outside terrace overlooking the river was beautiful. Excellent breakfast, Our disabled pug was allowed in the restaurant. In fact, he was allowed everywhere. Very dog friendly hotel. Very friendly and hard-working staff

Didn't have a restaurant as advised. Just offer limited frozen pizza plus limited frozen dishes. At times, they ran out of both pizzas and frozen meal.
