The staff was fantastic. We had to stay with our three dogs for longer than intended as we were moving into the area and closing on a house. It was located conveniently (even a dog park close by) and they accommodated us with a perfect room on the first floor when we requested it at check-in. Jena, the GM, Kylie, Kelsea and Jon were all staff we interacted with that were exceptional!

There wasn't really anything to complain about. One minor inconvenience of coffee maker problems and there were some loud guests upstairs one night, but they took care of that right away when we called the front desk.

The staff was AMAZING. Very friendly. Very personable. Didn't quite accommodate late check out and for a 12 night stay, I'd expect it. Especially since we had cleaning services only once for the duration of our stay. Which meant a little bit more of a rush the morning of check out especially since this was a stay during the holidays so more items brought down than brought up lol. The hotel did double charge my card the third day into our stay but thank goodness our bank was on it! And the lady at the front desk was MORE than helpful. Again GREAT staff!!! Breakfast was great!!!!! Staff really go above and beyond to make sure guests get what they need for breakfast! 8.6/10 experience from my husband and I. Only disappointing thing was late check out and cleaning services!

No accommodations for late check out for a 12 night stay. Cleaning services only came once. If cleanings were done more often a late check out would not have been necessary.

We came over Easter weekend to visit our Marine, and was very happy, even with being a short trip. Hotel was priced affordable, close to base, and was clean. We didn't partake in the complimentary breakfast, however, I did peek in, and it looked good. Had your typical continental breakfast, with a few hot foods, such as scrambled eggs and bacon. We only had one encounter with staff as we checked in, and she very kind and welcoming. Room was clean. Lots of stocked linens, and was quiet even being faced towards the roadside. Lobby was also welcoming and had a nice decor.

No complaints.

Clean Faculties and Room. Good Breakfast. Hot sausage, eggs, waffles, one of the two days stay bacon too. Breakfast was well stocked and the attendant also make the waffles for us.

The mattress was very firm. To hard for me to be comfortable. The door to the room was real hard to open and close. I had to slam it to get it to close. I am sure the rooms around me didn't appreciate that.

Beds/ pillows / blankets, where all comfortable “very comfortable “. We had great interactions with Macey at the front desk . She was extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs . Breakfast in the morning was suburb. Great selection of food , hot and cold items . If we’re ever back in Missouri, we will have to make a stop there for a little R&R!

We were in town for an Army Boot Camp graduation, and as soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Chelsey at the front desk, she was so helpful and so very kind and smiling! And we would also like to say breakfast was good, and Debbi was working so hard to keep everything going for food for every one, and all with a smile on her face! Excellent employees! We would definately stay here again! Clean, good breakfast and great employees what more can you ask for! Thank you to every one that helped make our stay enjoyable!

I was there to attend my son's AIT GRADUATION from Fort Leonard Wood Army Base. It was like 7 minutes away and close everything like Restaurants/Walmart. The hotel was clean and quiet. I was even allowed to check-in early after driving for 16 hours from SC. Staff was so understanding. My daughter is graduating the end of October from Fort Leonard Wood so I'll be booking this hotel again.

I like the location and the cleanliness rating. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Chelsea worked the front desk made us feel welcome and helped us get an extra room for another family member.

The selection for breakfast did not have enough fresh options. The only cooked food was sausage and scrambled eggs. The variety of fruit was limited. The breakfast buffet space was too small for more than one hotel occupant.

This hotel was close to the entrance to I-44, and a little further from the exit to get to the hotel. the staff was super-friendly. The lobby was recently updated.Our room was quite small, but well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were very soft. Breakfast was good with cooked items.

Queen room was quite small, but we had everything we needed.

Clean and quiet room. Staff checked me in quickly and without any hassle. Toiletries were provided and there were plenty of towels. Bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was not very good, but in all fairness was not much different from any other continental breakfast at other hotels. The hot food options that day were scrambled eggs which were oddly gritty, sausage which was cold and didn't appear to be cooked all the way through, and they also had waffles but I did not try those.
