Very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast selection. Good area. Close to Army base lots of restaurants to choose from. Close to Walmart and Movie theater. It is a small town do during winter months not much else to do. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

They were having a problem with the fire alarms, so they went off all 3 nights at 12:50 AM. Pool needed some attention. It was warm but very merky. There are not many TV channels to choose from since it was cold, we stayed in a lot it would have been nice to have more stations.

On a positive note, the food was good, and the staff was friendly and courteous throughout our stay. While I enjoyed some aspects, the room's cleanliness needs improvement.

Upon arrival, the tub was dirty, with a visible ring and hair left in the bathroom. A front desk staff member did come promptly to clean it, which I appreciated. However, my son developed bites on his thigh after lying on the sofa bed, which was very concerning. We didn’t report it at the time, so no action was taken.

Hotel is clean for the most part and inviting. Good breakfast options. Nice, not over friendly staff, usually the price for a night is around $100 but we checked in during a weather emergency in Missouri, and paid $141 for a check in of 11:50pm till check out of 8:40am. I do understand it doesn't matter what time you check in and out it's all the same price.

The beds are very firm/hard. The shower/tub could of been cleaned better and the towels had Alot of random hairs on them. That was a huge turn off for me personally.

This hotel was very clean and very well located to the hwy! We wound up staying here an extra night because a big snow storm hit and the staff was so accommodating and so friendly! We traveled with our dogs and they were so kind. The breakfast was pretty good, and the pool is open 24 hours which is amazing! I’ve never stayed anywhere that had a pool open 24 hours a day! The rooms were nice and clean, the beds were ok soft wise, and it was a nice quiet hotel! I’m glad we found this hotel to use during our stay!

The breakfast was standard American-farmer fare; scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, coffee, tea, waffles. Cereal, milk, flavored yogurts, fresh fruits, sweet muffins, bagels, rounded out the selections. We were there for only a few days so it was ok, but not what we normally eat as pescatarians, borderline vegans. Staff were great, extremely helpful and kind. Very clean. Even though the hotel is next to the freeway, our room was very quiet. There are sidewalks so it is possible to walk around but the hotel sits at a busy intersection, so not somewhere you would want to take a walk or jog. For a pleasant walk, drive to Roubidoux Park in nearby Waynesville.

5 stars all the way & this hotel has won national awards of excellence, 5 years in a row (I saw the plaques on the wall). I travel cross country several times per year (over the last 6 years) and have stayed at many hotels and this was among my very favorite. The hotel has a welcoming feeling, extremely clean, incredible staff, super quiet, comfortable beds & pillows, great shower, updated & nicely appointed rooms, near restaurants, convenient & safe location, and great price. Hotel rooms are well thought out (with good lighting & nice amenities). The elevator is quiet too, so you can’t hear it even if you stay in a room near it. I rarely write reviews, but this absolutely warranted the time. I will be coming back & highly recommend it.

I loved everything about it!

The cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast was good. Liked the fact they swapped out sausage patties to bacon to links.

I’m not a fan of firm beds. Didn’t sleep well on the bed. I’m more of a softer mattress person. However, my husband who has stage 4 colon rectal cancer slept all night without getting up because he was uncomfortable. To me I’ll take that as a win ❤️!

Entrance is a covered pull through with made it nice when the rain came in at the hotel. Appearance was really great. Everything in the entrance area was maintain at a high state of police. Staff was friendly, informative, and pleasant to speak too. You could tell the hotel was clean and fresh. Big Coo do's to the staff.

The beds were really hard to sleep on. Felt like laying on the floor instead of a bed. Suggest to soften up the beds so they don't feel like you are laying on the floor.

Everything from the staff, cleanliness of the hotel, the pool, the gym, the breakfast. A plus having coffee, teas, and lemon water available 24 hours a great plus. My boys loved the complemanty board games Being greeted with fresh cookies in the evening.

Breakfast juice machine not working, morning breakfast not much variety with fruit and the food.

The easy of check in, the design of hotel, and no one can top the salt water pool that is open 24/7!!! Now that will keep me returning as well as seeking other loctions of your hotel as I travel around.

I did not like the limited amount of free breakfest food. I felt this was a bit on the cheap side. I am use to more selections such as gravy, bacon, not the dried out slice of meat we all tried but failed to eat. Just needs to be a bit more . Also, we were told there was a salt water hot tub on site as well. My georgie being a senior was so looking forward to this, only to be sit in a chair at the table drinking his coffee on top what use to be, but is now filled in hot tub. That was something we felt was bad, we should have been informed of this prior . The beds were not very comfy, felt a bit outdated. besides these couple issues, the hotel was good.
