The concierge gentleman was very pleasant, cheerful, helpful. The lady who opened up every morning & put out bfast was very sweet, kind. I would definitely stay at this 1 over & over again. Our room was very vlean, bathroom smelled like it had just been cleaned. Was given 2 extra blankets. Thank you for a wonderful stay. My sisters & I had a great time.

Everything was great.

The room had 2 queen beds, all the appliances worked, and the air conditioner was great and not noisy. Lots of pillows and plenty of towels.

There was a family next door and we heard the kids playing, the toilets flush and doors closing. In the dark I could see light all the way around the door, proving the fit was poor and it was no barrier to hallway noises.

Waffles were good. Didn't try pastries - didn't look fresh. The frozen burritos should be replaced with something else - the tortilla doesn't do well frozen and cooked in the microwave. I realize cost is an issue when customers are few.

Breakfast. Staff were effective, but would have liked to see smiles and energetic greetings. Two of us were the only ones in the breakfast area. The staff person at the registration desk did not greet us, look up or speak as we walked by. Probably night shift, but still has a job to do.

Cost, location.

Dated facility, rough around the edges. Beds so-so, cleanliness marginal (carpet not clean in corners and along edges, ac unit noisy (more so than other hotels), room had a stand along dehumidifier (running)for so reason. Bed ok, and seemed clean.

Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and courteous, everything seemed clean. My wife was happy that the room did not have any odors or room deodorizers, like a lot of other places.

Food selection for breakfast was ok, certainly good enough to get you going in the morning.

For breakfast I just made me toast but there was no jelly so I for jelly and he wanted to give me ketchup. Breakfast was limited overall

The receptionist was exceptional.there was a mixup on my part in booking but she quickly remedied problem and got checked quickly. The whole atmosphere was one of friendliness from front desk to housekeepers.

Breakfast variety could have been better. Eggs and sausage were barely warm. We couldn't get the wall lamps to work.
