Nice breakfast, friendly staff with the ability to provide us with information we asked about, and very pleasantly surprised. We were only there for two days and had easy access to all the things we wanted to do.

A bit surprised beds weren't made up even though they wanted to be green with sheet changing schedule which we were ok with. I thought they were a little weak in that area. Strange no cleaning service during our stay either. I thought that was very unusual. To me change of sheets and towels is one thing, emptying trash cans is another. The next time I will know to ask them to do it.

Breakfast was great, the front desk clerk in the evening was very helpful. The Chef was very friendly.

Our room, 215 had an electrical cover off the ac outlet behind the bed. I did report it. The first room we received had the thermostat laying on the chair in pieces. The air conditioner panel was broken. The front desk clerk apologized gave me a new room, she even offered to upgrade us, I declined it was not a big deal.

This is the nicest affordable motel I have ever stayed at. Well managed, clean and fresh, and I love that they’ve Maintain the architectural style. The front door is really cool, as are the tables and chairs in the breakfast area.

The windows don’t open so the air was stale.

The breakfast was great. It had eggs/sausage/yogurt/cereal/bread & jams/donuts/milk and juice. Also fresh coffee and the room was easily accessible.

We didn't need it, but the outside pool was closed. The bath/shower drain was slow so when I checked it had hair in it, so I removed it.

The location was perfect for what I needed. It was centrally located, which is what I wanted. Plus, it was close to everything I needed to get to, from Walmart, and Staples, to Kroger, and some fun places too.

Upon arriving, the sign about using the front door, which was to the left, but I didn’t see it, was confusing enough that I called to ask about how to get to the front desk. Everything after that was very good. The entire staff was excellent.

Chef did a great job; my wife would be proud. Had a problem with the room, however the front desk clerk moved us without a problem. She did offer upgrade; it was not necessary.

I booked weeks ahead, but when I got there, the only room available was a pet friendly room. No biscuits and gravy for breakfast. No bacon, only sausage.

Breakfast was decent, room was clean and spacious. Location right off I44 was great and there didn't seem to be any riff raff around. Workers were remodeling but they waited till after 8am to start. That was appreciated.

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and efficient, the bed and furniture were comfortable, and the bathroom was well equipped.

The first room that we were assigned smelled like a tobacco lounge. We quickly approached the main desk with our concerns and were immediately addressed and we were assigned another room which met our expectations. It is unfortunate that in spite of “no smoking” postings on the website and in the lobby, some guests are unable to consider the effects on the following guests or the management and staff. The room needed to be fumigated.

The lady at the front desk was super sweet and friendly.

The entire property is in need of a refresh. Tub appeared old and gross, wallpaper was coming off of the walls and the trim piece was missing below the a/c unit.
