Overall the stay was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, even when I burned two waffles (oops). We felt taken care of and if had needed any additional help, I believe we would have received it. The location was good, walking distance to a few restaurants and I loved that the Cuba visitor center was across the street.

It was a bit muggy and musty smelling in the lobby, but that could just have been from the current weather. There were some noisy kids running through hallways late one night, but that was more on the other people rather than the hotel itself. I wish the room could have kept its temperature more regulated, it was either a little warm and stuffy or cold but these are all small complaints.

It had a hot tub!

The deluxe suite we got this time was so small and I even paid more this time! Not sure why! Plus I paid online and when I got there they made me give another $100 for a deposit and its been 2 days and still hasnt been returned! Didnt like the layout of the room either!

Clean and well maintained. Quiet. Staff engaging. Really enjoyed the air deflector on the havoc unit. Kept the curtains closed and the air blowing into room and not trapped behind curtain. This was also the first time I didn't have problems with the key card.

They were super convenient and allowed us to have our dog with us. The room was adequate, not a fancy place, but it served our purpose perfectly. There was space outside to walk the dog. A few restaurants nearby to catch a quick meal before we headed off to our next day of driving.

Nice surprise as to how much nicer it was than the 2 star rating I had seen. We were able to check in at 2pm.Has eateries nearby, that appeared to be popular. The hotel had a continental breakfast. Only hot food was waffles. Better than nothing. The coffee was fresh brewed. They also had a popcorn machine for customers. The room had a good sized fridge and a microwave.

A couple of lights in the room wouldn't turn on. The tub mat wasn't as clean as it should of been. (Meaning hair on it) Afew intoxicated fellows watching tv in the lobby upon returning from the evening welcomed us, which could of been trouble for somebody else.

Didn't eat breakfast...

I tried to get my 20% discount because of membership with Farm Bureau. Staff said I booked with 3rd party and couldn't use it. I DID not!!!! I called direct!!! Said I already had 15% discount so only gave me 5%.....

Every staff member I encountered during the day was super friendly and very helpful.

I know they do the best with what they have, but the breakfast bar was a little cramped.

Clean, clean room. staff were friendly and at the same time all business. The food area was not large, but it worked out great. Really lots of seating for breakfast. The coffee was good and plenty of it. TV not large but worked well PLUS they had a list of channels!!!!! Our shower was great with plenty of of hot water, plus the bath towels were like new.

I cannot think of anything. These people know what they are doing. we hope to be back again.

Just a plain breakfast. Mine was 2boiled eggs and half a waffle. Should have at least small buffett for the money you spend on the room.

Stay was good, breakfast ho-hum

Breakfast was good and plentiful. There was something for everyone. My wife and I timed it just right and was able to secure a table. The popcorn machine was perfect after a full day of driving.
