Breakfast was ok. It was the usual eggs, sausage, waffle maker, etc. The pool and hot tub were nice. We used them both days of our stay. The room was quiet. We didn't hear much noise from other guest. Parking was great. Luggage carts were available anytime we needed one. Good location. Easy on and off the highway.

One elevator. Sometimes had to wait for elevator to arrive. The bed frame made a lot of noise and the bed was very, very firm. Breakfast area was a bit small for the size of the hotel.

Good spot right next to the highway (I-44), had a maintenance issue in the room when we checked in and when I reported it to the desk they immediately gave us another room with no questions asked,, They also have a nice pool with a hot tub right beside it that stays open until 11pm.

The beds aren't the best but are ok for what they are, but that's our only issue and it's not big enough to keep us from staying again

Everyone is very friendly love the pool and jacuzzi exactly in the area we are needing to be

The breakfast isn’t as the other Baymont we have stayed at that have hit breakfast such as biscuits and gravy eggs sausage waffles pastries and fruits milk and fresh juices this one has Swiss rolls oatmeal pies from little Debbie’s cereal a few fruits it was a berry generic breakfast out of boxes nothing hot and no juices to start your day was very disappointed with breakfast and had to go out for breakfast every day we have stayed there 2 times and headed for a 3rd because it’s closest to the area we need

Me and my family came in really last and the guy that checked us in sorry I didn't catch his name but he was so nice and friendly. Helped us with our door when I could t get it with no problems he was great. The room was very clean and the TV was huge and it was just a nice stay for a last minute stop. Surprised both of us

Nothing honestly

A simple experience similar to couple of stays around in the segment. Pool with a spa pool on the side is a nice touch. Helpful staff and free coffee is a nice touch.

Workout facilities lack most things compared to others in segment. But for value given this could be overlooked.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It felt like a safe environment for a stay.

People not following rules for the hot tub. I was trying to enjoy, but so many parents were letting their kids in and out of the hot tub and it is supposed to be 14+

Clean. Everything worked. Huge TV listing in room. Unique room design Breakfast was great! Food had flavor. Plenty of choices.

Breakfast was good, and the room was clean and comfortable.

There was noise, both from people coming and going late in the night. Then throughout the night, some sort of noise in pipes, water heater, something, that kept waking us up.

The covered pool was great that’s where we spent most of our time after a long trip with kids..

Everything was really clean just the bathtubs in the rooms where not up to par with the rest of the rooms

Room was clean and comfortable and the room layout was nice. We were on the east side of the building, a little ways north of the elevator, and had no hall noise from other guests.

The room was hot and we could not get it cool fast enough as we were very tired from a 12 hour travel day. We ended up opening the window as was cold and rainy out. While it cooled the room down, we ended up with a lot of Interstate 40 noise throughout the night.
