If it wasn't for Ryan I would have rated this hotel lower. Ryan was awesome and really went out of his way to make it a good stay. Rooms are nice and clean. My only complaint is that they don't have breakfast (coffee) so I would expect a microwave or coffee pot which they don't have. Waking up and drinking a cup of coffee it's pretty common for people but here you have to leave the hotel and go to a restaurant to get it. Luckily for me when I went looking for coffee Ryan personally brewed a pot for me! Definitely over and above service from Ryan!

No coffee pot or microwave in room or coffee being served.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was outstanding with a walk-in shower. I do not like tub showers. When we got there the wi-fi was very weak and unuseable. I went to the desk and told the lady. She said she would have it looked at. She did just that and the connection was fast.

The view of the back of the building in the center of the complex is not good. It makes the whole place look second-rate and junky.

it is very quite . clean and felt pretty safe . Also many places to eat around the motel . Also could have our pet with us .

Well cleaning came into our room and was not supposed to and did not close our door very well at all . I told manager and all she could say was the person was not supposed to clean . I said that was fine but not closing our door was not a good thing .

Very clean, loved the cable TV (had a lot of down time). The manager was top notch. Oh, I can't forget, the shower instead of a tub, loved their shower

The toilet paper.

The room was clean. Renovations to the room, including new shower. Quiet and very reasonable rates.

Very minor issue, the only lights in the room, other than the bathroom, were the 2 end table lamps on either side of the bed.

Clean and modern room with a refrigerator and microwave.

No iron and ironing board in room but I'll live. Lol

Room was easy to access, quiet, more than comfortable enough. I could even configure my Fire Stick to work with the TV in the room (I did set it back to show the regular cable channels that were provided. Would be nice if I could do the same at all of your hotels)

The only thing missing was the ability to get shampoo and conditioner, even from a ending machine, as in the Richmond Motel 6 tonight.

The man working at the counter was very friendly and you could tell he actually cared about our stay. Room was clean, we had no issues.
